If you like expired products, buy from here. I bought corn dough on 13.08.25, bear in mind I dont live in Manchester so cant just drive down to return. I live 3hrs away! When I wanted to prepare food I noticed it expired 20.03.25. I rang them to tell them this and he was incredibly rude. Never buying from here again. Disgraceful.
These people at canning town hermit road have no sense of customer service. The way they talk to you like some piece of sh!%t. I went in there to buy meat and they were so rude, full of attitude. I probably won't go there again even tho it has been my shopping but i can't put up with attitude like that. I think sellers should be appreciative if people come to their shops to shop because there are so many shops out there as alternatives where i can go or where people can go but then again i don't blame the management cos they probably don't know what goes on, it's the poor service skills people that they employ who have no sense of customer service, probably have never been opportuned to serve customers in their whole life so they come along with their stinking attitudes. Poor owner cos you will soon lose all your long earned customers unless you deal with your new unskilled workers. Bring back the old workers or atleast people similar to those. A girl and a boy to be specific. The girl's is the worst. She's got a bad attitude. Helloou, can someone coach her on how to treat customers please. They've only just started working and they've already started displaying attitude. I will never go to bantuway again. I've been shopping at bantuway ever since it opened and have never had problem with anyone except today.
