Worst possible service. Nobody answers phone. Nor email. Only when I CC Theofils and mentioned I'll contact ARN - Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, I got a miserable reply and no actual help not even the return slip which I paid for. Took weeks to get refunded, thankfully I originally paid with Klarna. Horrible horrible careless dismissive attitude.

Service, Mail response and shipping gets 4 stars as it could be improved by adding a tracking number so I could have tracked my package on my own, instead of asking for it. The e-mail reply for the tracking number was fast and during evening hours. So great service.
Actual content on the package gets 1 star as it did not match the image of the items I ordered. The coulors were all wrong but we decided to keep them, therefore I did not ask to get the actual items ordered. Not even sure if they have the right items

The delivery by shenker was poor. They said they would call an our before and they didn't. Also they left the package by the door on the outside. Very unprofessional
Really pleased with the product. Been up for 2 weeks now and no sign of falling down yet. Shipping could have been faster but was okey. I live in Sweden, might been why.
Even though the customer service clearly stated that one does not need to pay the bill, they did not remove it from Klarna, and it remained there with påminnelseavgfit. Luckily I checked!!

Bought Items in shop in two times - items are fine and shipped fast.
Shipping to Denmark costs 199 SEK (which I find expensive) and it is GLS that is used for delivery in Denmark. In spite of this, it is not possible to use the GLS 'Packet Shops' for delivery and there is only two times payed delivere included: Fist time I am not at home (since it during workung hours) second time the delivery must be agreed per mail/phone and a written permit must allow for the placement of the package at an unsecure place. Only other option is to go and fetch the parcel 25km from where I live (there is a GLS packet shop less than 1km from where I live). This is really not good enough!
