I wrote the complain about the ink expiration date and at the email customer service they were so rude they were even offending me on email i was in shock to see that kind of treatment to the customers!!

I can’t order on line because delivery price not come up. I did order by phone call. First time. One order missing. Second time payment by phone . He said gone true but it wasn’t. One week after I have to phone to check and pay again. Do something about order online . I am in Jersey
