Great customer service

After some silly mistakes by myself I contacted the customer service and was put through immediately to Amy who was a delight to speak to and was incredibly helpful! She had the issue sorted and was calling me back to tell me it had been amended within 3 minutes .

AVOID THIS COMPANY

Been with barber now this past 10 yrs i recently sent back my order , cos of being charged international shipping fees , i have been waiting now 2 wks on a refund and everytime i ohone them your fobbed off, anyway be mindful of using this company , it has went to the dogs recently and i will not be using them ever again!!!

I'm really pleased

I'm really pleased. I've ordered needles from Killer, etc., before, but they always arrived damaged. This company packs them carefully in a large box; they don't force them into a small box like other companies. I'll definitely stick with this company and order from them in the future.

If I could give this company less than…

If I could give this company less than one star, I would. I received a package from these ones to Northern Ireland. It had an import charge from UPS and I know this wasn’t their fault but I was reassured by them that they would cover it and all I had to do was send them tge invoice in an email, I did that and was told it was sent to there accounts manager an it was taken care of. Months later I received a message from a debt collection agency representing UPS. these clowns hadn’t paid the invoice and had now put a mark on my credit score. Was then told by one of them that they couldn’t pay it, also not true. Will definitely not be using them again. Nothing to do with the import as that’s out of there hand but the fact it’s damaged my credit score and they couldn’t even have emailed me to say it couldn’t supposedly be paid on there end. Not to mention they now have a marker on this site to. Says a lot about them a a company

I supposed to receive my order 3 days…

I supposed to receive my order 3 days ago the driver came to the shop address before opening times and left with the order he left it in pick up location when I went there with my id they did not want to give me my parcel because there was no printed name on the box when I call customer support I was explained that this can take couple of days to get resolved and I won’t get no compensation I’ve lost £340 in the last few days because I don’t have piercing needles I won’t suggest no body to use barberdts you are better of using KILLERINK every time I have the smallest issue they send me free items as compensation I’ve spend thousands with barberdts and they have terrible delivery service it’s a shame you work with professional shops how you can be trusted to deliver on time

I would never use this company again…

I would never use this company again and recommend nobody else does.

Firstly they gave me a used tattoo machine that didn’t work, no apology. I sent it back and they didn’t even acknowledge my return, I had to chase it for an update - to be told I would get a refund. They never refunded me and I again had to chase this up twice to find out that “they made an account error” which then I had to chase again to ensure I actually got my refund.

All I kept was one bottle of ink worth £8.95 - which I was charged £16 for… not sure how they work that out but tbh I’m past caring with this company - I will never use again.

So many products out of stock

So many products out of stock. Been shopping with Barber in it's various incarnations since 2003, they're getting worse year by year. Was able to order one box of black nitrile gloves in medium! Half of tubes out of stock, same for needles on bars. Okay if you want carts or some pink glide I suppose. Please keep your lines stocked.

It's a great store with a great team

It's a great store with a great customer service team and great customer relations team who have shown excellent professionalism. Very fast delivery which was delivered the next day. I confidently recommend and will definitely come back to them with more orders. Because I was a new customer they offered me a great discount which made the product I bought the cheapest on the market. Good job guys keep up the good work you are amazing!
