We are sorry our discounts are not coming through at a great time for you, we have had a few sales on lately and the email sent after checking our system was to alert you about the 20% off studio supplies which has gone live on our site, we do not send anything through specifically after an order has been placed so it looks like it is simply a coincidence when these are coming through. I am sorry however the sales have started after your order, I can understand this would be frustrating. Hopefully the discount will come in useful if you need to order anything further.

Very sorry to hear you have had issues with the stock, I can see from your order, this was originally placed from the UK website, your order would go from the warehouse we have in the EU. Unfortunately when ordering from the incorrect section of the website it may display different stock levels to what we have at the warehouse your order will come from. If when on the site you click on the flag in the top right and you should be able to select either the EU or your destination country, this should hopefully resolve this problem for you :)

used this company since the 80s Davis tattoo supplies they have not changed much except the name Quality products at competitive prices. always helpful and prompt delivery the only supplier of tattooing equipment for us
