Very disappointed!
After using this company for over 20yrs,really disappointed that many products have now been discontinued with no real alternatives of similar quality or value.
After making my first online order today with the help of my wife (usually call direct but thought I'd try online to see how easy it was), found not only that the website kept going wrong when trying to place the order (took 4 attempts!) but also once the order was finally placed, I then received an email offering 20% discount off of the ink that I had just ordered and paid full price for!! Very disappointed and have had to source certain products elsewhere.
It would also be very helpful for those of us with very limited computer knowledge, to actually be able to have a good old fashioned catalogue including your new products, like you used to provide!

Shipping costs cause me issues!
Causing me issues... I spend £107 on items and get told I have "qualified for free delivery' and yet when I try and pay I only have the option of paying £5 for shipping. I need these products and so pay usually, but I am getting more and more annoyed by this and the excuses when I have challenged this before (you need to spend £100 before tax, etc) This time the subtotal was £141.44 before tax and yet, yep, £5 for shipping despite being told on the website I have qualified for free shipping!
I have photos I can upload to prove it does this to me EACH. AND. EVERY. TIME. I have chatted with someone on the phone about it who told me I was wrong.
Barberdts must owe me a small fortune by now for all the unnecessary postage I have paid this year despite being informed I 'have qualified for free postage!' Come on guys, I'll have to go back to using Killer Ink maybe?
In my opinion, the website needs changing so it doesn't say I have qualified for free shipping if I have spent £144; when the cut off is spending over £100 for free shipping.

Only been using these guys for a few weeks now and iam very impressed with the selection of products and prices are fair,but it's the delivery that really impressed me.when they say next day delivery that's exactly what you get. I put a late order in did not expect it next day due to the time I ordered but no,next day it was there. Excellent service and products. Keep up the good work guys . Cheers Alex
