It is a beautiful bed and so comfterbal I am so happy

We are over the moon with our purchase and urge anyone who is worried not to be! It’s top quality and comes securely wrapped! It was easy to fit and finishes our newly decorated room off great giving that hotel chic look! Thank you will recommend to everyone I know xx

Received a damaged headboard still waiting for a reply from you. The quality of the headboard is not worth the money I paid for it

Awful service, poor quality and after care service is slow. Ordered the pink soft velvet bed arrived damage in multiple places after it was chucked out the vehicle by the delivery people. Delivery drivers got angry when we refused delivery and kicked the bed several times whilst loading to the van. After I chased multiple times finally got a response to resend another bed. Second bed arrived dirty on corners and headboard , packaging ripped in these areas. Still waiting for a reply to my email. I will not order again from this company which seems unprofessional and does not want to take liability. Such a shame because beds look good and I was considering ordering another bed for another room!

Headboard arrived early and well packaged. The headboard had a hole in the back of the cloth on the back of the board. There was also a thread pulled and a piece of fabric not pulled into button hole. Too much trouble to repack and return as it's heavy so just adjusted it myself.

The pink velvet bed is absolutely beautiful, great quality, amazing customer service and speedy delivery. I would highly recommend this company and bed.

Very quick delivery well packaged - headboard was a low price £89 in black chenille but not very well made or finished off, the sides we’re not straight and smooth but you get what you pay for

The bed is beautiful.
However, I paid £90 for installation and despite this they tried to refuse installation and leave the bed in boxes downstairs.
It was only at the insistence of my partner that they reluctantly built the bed.
I'm glad it was him who dealt with them as I might not have been able to insist like he did. Something to bear in mind if you pay for installation.

What an efficient and helpful company. I have recently bought three headboards from this company all of which arrived speedily and well packed.
When I asked for a slightly longer pair of struts for one of the headboards, with no hesitation the lovely Dan sorted it out for me.

Placed my order easily online ... my head board arrived within a week ... amazing value for money , looks thick and good quality .. less than half price for the same 1 in other bed shops ... im very pleased , would definitely recommend x

I ordered 2 headboards, the headboards were ok (padding and fabric) and delivery was quick but the staples behind the headboards were not all aligned and one wooden strut was shorter than the other. I contacted them to replace the shorter wooden strut but still not heard back from them.

Overall they are ok but can improve on quality check and communication.

An absolute disgraceful company.
The image on the website doesn’t compare to the actual bed frame.
The sides are flimsy and the screws don’t match up to make straight frames.
When contacting this company they have no sympathy for the struggle a customer faces saving up and buying an ottoman which isn’t even an ottoman. As a customer, I thought it was a reliable good quality service but all I receive was a point blank sorry no refund( I understand it states this on their website but Iv never seen quality like this before) Yes the frame lifts up but it’s metal with no base: I would strongly advise against anyone from buying from this company as they seem like a dodgy company with only online contact with no personal care.
I will be contacting the relevant company’s as too many scam companies out there.

****** as I can’t reply to the comment from barcely beds I would like to add that the reply from Barclay beds show the level of customer care. Also a refund is only given if you are unhappy with the product but you have to pay a surcharge of 60% plus delivery.
Images were sent to you, again shows in the customer care that you relay.
I wanted a refund due to the quality of the item however, Barclay beds can deny this but reviews speak for themselves.
I would avoid this company if you want to save yourself the hassle and upset of spending your hard earned money on something that isn’t what it is presented as.

Received headboard within a few days. Unfortunately the material had not been put on square and one of the threaded inserts was missing. Used a screw to support wooden strut.
As it was for spare bedroom didn’t return.
