I called up on a Saturday not being particularly hopeful as it was outside of advertised opening hours.
Alan answered, knew straight away what I was talking about, and even phoned one of his colleagues Anne who had been dealing with our order. Anne jumped straight onto it and got the issue resolved for me. All on a Saturday.
I am so grateful to both, as otherwise I was set to have a disastrous Monday! Excellent service.

I recently bought the Honeywell MK7120 scanner and it has been a really good purchase. The scanner works fast, reads barcodes from different angles, and has made our checkout process much smoother. It was also very easy to set up — just plug it in and it works.
Rihhanna, which I dealt with was great as well. She was helpful, quick to respond, and made sure I got the right scanner for what I needed. Overall, the product and the service were both excellent. I’m really happy with the MK7120 and would definitely recommend it.

Very bad supplier , i found the product price £16 on her website ,When I contacted him for the order they said "send us your information and we will send you order Performa" after 1 hour they increased the price on website which was £25.when i talked again , they lame excuses . so please do not work with this site.
