Great overall experience
Quick pick up from the airport. Friendly people in the office. Car was ready quickly, and OK. Friendly & helpful on return, and helpfully happy to drop me at my airport hotel. And importantly, somewhat cheaper than the rental companies at the airport.

Overall good experience.
The pickup from the airport using the company shuttle was effective with the tracking element excellent.
The service at the office was very good, staff were good, and the vehicle was exactly what was needed.
Drop off was uneventful with shuttle service back to the airport, again very efficient. Overall good experience.

Booking experience
From the online booking experience, courteous shuttle bus pick up from the airport & dropoff at the airport, car pickup & dropoff, all these experiences went without any problems. Staff were courteous and friendly. The MG SUV car came with a full tank of petrol which we topped up to full again on drop off day. We were satisfied with the car and overall satisfied with Bargain Car Rentals. We have hired from them several times and the experience have always been satisfactory. Would recommend them.

When we picked up the car
When we picked up the car, they rushed us to drive away without any walk through.
When we returned, they claimed us $1000 for the scratch. The car is full of sensors. If we near any object, we will be notified. We didn't aware of this situation. That's why we are so depressed and disappointed for the claims.
Not to mention, I paid extra $3xx for insurance.
