Booking was easy and great value
Booking was easy and great value. Pick up was easy, assisted by friendly, helpful staff. Drop off was even easier. The car was not the exact car booked, but in the same class and good. I will go back in future.

Too good
Great price. Premises about 20 metres from baggage retrieval. No hard sell on insurance this time (they all do it but not Bargain this last time we used them). No problem with the car and none on car return. Friendly and courteous. Only problem was that the queue was long on pickup - I think they're working on their systems so hopefully that'll be better in the future. My only concern is that they might be getting too much business and will put up prices but right now I will use them every time.

Rental at Hobart airport 4th Sep 2026 4.30pm. Pickup was smooth, staff (with initiative) immediately approached me to help. She was professional, pleasant, efficient and helpful. Instructions were clear. Car (MG3 Petrol) was in great condition, low 7000km mileage and clean. Everything was working. Rental was until 12 Sep 2026 3.30pm. Return was straightforward and a breeze with a return section of the parking lot with a staff there. Was asked if everything all right with the car. Gave us some time to unload, no rush, didn't approach us immediately until we were about done with the unloading.
A definite recommendation. And definitely will use their again if opportunity arise. Oh and just to add the price for the rental was fair and reasonable too.
