Easy and friendly pick-up just a walk from our Airbnb in Hobart. Reasonable rate for a 24 hour rental for our trip to Bruny Island.

The vehicle was clean and did what it was supposed to--just. I query the choice of little MGs in the fleet, they're under-motorised, especially in hilly Tasmania.

Good experience
The pick up was easy as we had check-in online and this made the counter process easier and quicker. Our Kia Carnival was clean and comfortable. The return process was simple just parked at the airport and used the key drop box.

Unverified false damage reports
Rental process went smooth, & accomodating,
Don’t trust the handover back! Make sure to take pictures of every part of the vehicle!!! Lucky for me I did that, as they decided to try to claim damages that were already existing! They had already refunded the excess then proceeded to send me a damage report. The claims department is a joke as I was on hold for over an hr multiple times to get no answer & my returned emails were claimed to be not received. It’s taken 2 weeks to fix this issue.
