All of our vehicles are inspected before each booking, but sometimes things do slip through, we do apologise that it sounds like this may have been the case with your rental.
With any of our bookings if an issue arises at collection or during your rental we do recommend you have a chat with the depot staff or give us a call to be provided with a solution or swap into a fresh vehicle.
I have made sure your feedback has been passed to our internal team.
Great price, great service
These guys offered a rental price so cheap I was sceptical, but the car and rental experience were excellent. The Launceston Airport location is so close it's walkable without luggage and so close they don't need to hang around for multiple customers to load into the shuttle (although when we dropped the car off, the shuttle driver checked we weren't at risk of missing a flight if he did a quick shuttle run while we unloaded the car). The car itself was a brand new MG and spotlessly clean, the check in experience was very quick and efficient. The shuttle service also drops off right outside check-in, saving you from having the schlep all your luggage from the on-airport car rental return yard.

The service was great
The service was great, a quick turnaround for pickup and the shuttle service to and from the airport was fantastic. If there was a negative it would be that when picking up the vehicle there should be more of a handover with the customer with some basic information about the vehicle.

Once upon a time in Launceston
Found it a bit difficult to get through by phone. via Hobart or somewhere.... Flagged down a driver passing in a van. Staff when we got there very friendly and helpful but firm.
Interesting to be asked for a second insurance after having paid a premium to Airport Rentals.
