An effortless experience.
Shopped around for a while to find a good deal - Bargain was one of the most reasonably priced and seemed to have a good premium cover option. Pick up and drop off was incredibly quick and easy, staff were friendly. We didn't have any damage to the car so I can't speak to that process, but we were very impressed with our experience.

The Subaru Forester was in mint…
The Subaru Forester was in mint condition, clean and easy to drive. A multi function features steering and large LCD touchscreen displaying the map, made the drive easier and fun. Although fuel consumption and return price for different location is a bit higher, but I think it's reasonable.

Good value for money
Good value for money. Really efficient airport pick up and drop off. No problems picking up the car, very efficient. Very friendly staff who were on the ball. Car was great, it just could have been cleaner on pickup. Highly recommend this company.

As the rental pick up is not at the…
As the rental pick up is not at the airport we had to make contact to arrange to be collected. This was straight forward and worked well. The driver was friendly and helpful and we only had a short wait. We returned the car to the Hobart city office as we were staying with family who live about an hour from Hobart. My only criticism is that the inside of the windscreen had a film on it and it was necessary for us to clean it before driving too far. I realise this is due to the plasticisers that evaporate when the car sits in the sun but it is important from a safety point of view.

Friendly staff, car clean, mechanically reliable.
However adapting to the high tech Chinese Haval was a safety hazard for older less tech savvy drivers. Without reading the manual cover to cover beforehand, driving the vehicle was a nerve racking experience at pick up and for three or so days.
