Great Tassie Service.
We hired a car through Bargain for 3 weeks. The pick up process was great, the vehicle was clean and relatively new. The hybrid was perfect for Tassie.
We had no issues at all and the drop off was easy. Friendly staff and a courtesy lift to and from the terminal was a bonus.
Good value for money.

Very disappointed, Steer clear
Price breakdown wasn’t clear and final what needed to be paid never showed that an additional fee was to be paid for dropping the car to another location..
The staff were clowning around like frat boys would and talking rudely about other other staff and customers in-front of customers waiting to be served whilst serving customers..
I never got shown to the car I was renting just told it’s out there in a bay toward the end..
I had to press the key to see which car unlocked..
Car was dirty inside and rubbish from previous people renting was left in there..

Regarding the one-way fee, this is a standard charge in the industry used to cover the costs of relocating the vehicle back to its home base. While this should be clearly outlined in your rental agreement, we apologise if the breakdown was not made sufficiently clear during your booking.
We will be conducting a formal review with the branch management team to address this behaviour you mentioned and ensure our team treats all guests with the respect and focus they deserve.
Furthermore, we sincerely apologise for the lack of a proper vehicle handover. It is our standard procedure to ensure our guests find their vehicle easily and that the car is presented in a clean, tidy condition. Finding rubbish from a previous renter is unacceptable, and we are addressing this with our detailing crew to ensure our cleaning protocols are strictly followed.
We appreciate your honest feedback as it helps us identify exactly where we need to improve.
