Friendly and helpful staff, great value and well presented car. Being off airport is an issue, as limited opening hours can mean a lengthy walk to the terminal, and Tasmanian weather can be unpredictable.

Excellent experience
If you are after a cheap rental, I can highly recommend Budget Rental. Ok, the car had about 115000km on it, but you wouldn't have know. Great driving, very clean interior - that's all we needed. Check in/out was super fast, excellent customer service, never had to wait long to get the courtesy bus to rental location/and back to airport. And our rate included the second driver!!
Would definitely rent from Budget Rental again!

Prompt airport pick up. Comprehensive insurance, pre booked, sure , insurance expensive for anything these days, but made pick up very easy and totally no dramas. On return courtesy transfer to airport taxis. Just be mindful of office hours and try to make flights sinc.

Very happy customer.....
Everything was great...from being picked up at the Launceston Airport, collecting the car which only had a few thousand kilometres on it, to returning it at the end of our 24 day hire and being dropped off at the airport. It couldn't have gone better.....and they were good value also, coming in under most of the other rental services.
