The staff were so caring and patient…
The staff were so caring and patient when I had an issue with my booking source. They tried all they could to assist. My shuttle driver was cheerful. Everything was super efficient.

Great team but the car was unclean
The team at the counter were very helpful but the car was bit dirty, inside and outside and we were in a rush to get to our friend's place and it was a day trip. Would have been nice to have a cleaner car.

Forgot my Sax
Great service. I caught up with T.J and he's a very friendly driver.
When I returned the car 1 day early due to change of plans, I left my saxophone in the car.
Next morning I had to get to the depot at 7.30am and there was T.J waiting for me to pick up my sax.
Very happy 😁

Avoid this company. In particular the Melbourne airport branch. In my experience, they’re completely untrustworthy. I paid for a vehicle I never received and am still being denied a refund. The whole process has been frustrating and disappointing from start to finish. I’d strongly recommend renting elsewhere.
