Was charged insurance and roadside assistance when I didn't ask for it. Still waiting on my refund.

There was a long wait at the office to pick up/ drop off the car otherwise the experience was amazing.

Great experience with Bargain!

The receiption was really patient and got a larger vehicle upon request, since we had more luggages than expected.

Return is also a breeze, easy and quick.

At first I was bemused by the rather poor customer service at pick up from Melbourne airport and drop off at depot

Then we met Trojan (please excuse my spelling)
He was absolutely brilliant
Upsold us to another car and insurance
Cost higher but the advice, customer service and genuine friendly nature made the decisions easy

Absolute star, you want / need to keep hold of him

Firstly the lady who served us was extremely helpful in getting a better deal with our car insurance and was very patient when we had trouble accessing our internet account.
The car we hired was ready and very nice.

Extremely poor customer experience managed by an incompetent team, the rudeness I heard and witnessed by 3 seperate employees to 3 seperate customers was disgraceful, its certainly embedded in the culture at the Melbourne Office , I will never choose Bargain Car Rentals as a supplier again

Staff didnt like answer our questions, just replied us to see the invoice by Bargain emails. But so far already 10 days still hv not receive any invoice email from Bargain. A lot of unclear charges didnt explained by Bargain staff
Shuttle bus driver seem very not happy to pick up their customers, very angry face and unpolited. Would not like to help customers

From booking it online, to picking up the car at site and returning the car the staff were wonderful and very helpful.

This is the second time using Bargain Car Rentals (1st in Sydney, 1st time in Melbourne). Both times I experienced happy and quick service, cars have been great, shuttle drivers have been great and of course the pricing is fantastic. I won't use another company now unless you have no cars.
