Great team but the car was unclean
The team at the counter were very helpful but the car was bit dirty, inside and outside and we were in a rush to get to our friend's place and it was a day trip. Would have been nice to have a cleaner car.

Forgot my Sax
Great service. I caught up with T.J and he's a very friendly driver.
When I returned the car 1 day early due to change of plans, I left my saxophone in the car.
Next morning I had to get to the depot at 7.30am and there was T.J waiting for me to pick up my sax.
Very happy 😁

Avoid this company
Avoid this company. In particular the Melbourne airport branch. In my experience, they’re completely untrustworthy. I paid for a vehicle I never received and am still being denied a refund. The whole process has been frustrating and disappointing from start to finish. I’d strongly recommend renting elsewhere.

Having a good fleet of cars is important. But having the right staff is even more important. Both Jade & George went above and beyond to ensure that I was matched with the perfect replacement car for my July trip in Melbourne. Definitely look forward to seeing them again when I'm back in August.

Car was clean
Car was clean. The process of collecting and returning car is simple and smooth. The shuttle to and fro airport is prompt. Maybe, can put bargain signage instead of relying on the brown area.

Smooth Sailing from Pickup to Drop-Off
Friendly service from the time we got picked up from the airport to the time I dropped the car back. Your staff are so approachable, friendly and helpful. The pick up was smooth. The young man at reception was super friendly, chatty and helpful and a real charmer! Sorry, I didn't get his name only that he was going to be a new dad at some point.
On return of the car, your systems were smooth and effortless.
