Smooth Sailing from Pickup to Drop-Off
Friendly service from the time we got picked up from the airport to the time I dropped the car back. Your staff are so approachable, friendly and helpful. The pick up was smooth. The young man at reception was super friendly, chatty and helpful and a real charmer! Sorry, I didn't get his name only that he was going to be a new dad at some point.
On return of the car, your systems were smooth and effortless.

This was my second fantastic experience renting a car from Bargain Rentals – Melbourne Airport branch. I couldn't be happier with the service I received.
A special thank you to Kyle, who was incredibly polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful from start to finish, (both times). Not only did Kyle make the rental process go smoothly and make it stress-free, but he also shared some great car stories that made the experience much more enjoyable and memorable. His knowledge and passion for cars was obvious, and added a personal touch that you don't often find.
To top it all off, he gave me an excellent recommendation to find the best cannoli in Melbourne, which turned out to be absolutely spot on! It was a fantastic local tip that made my trip even better.
The Honda hybrid car was hugely economical, pleasingly ‘peppy’, and best of all, it even had a steering wheel warmer for the freezing morning starts. It was clean, reliable, and perfectly suited to my needs. Combined with the outstanding customer service, these two rental experiences have been the best rental experiences I've ever had.
What really stood out was how welcoming and personable the whole team was, from the bus pick-up, actual car rental and drop off back at the airport.
Highly recommended, and I will definitely be back next time I'm in Melbourne! 🚗😊

While we can appreciate your point of view, we do our best to make sure our quotes are fair and reasonable. We do this by sending the damage assessments to an Independent Assessor, not employed by Bargain or the Repairer.
This Assessor makes sure the scope of the repairs only encompasses the damage incurred by your claim, and that the repair costs are fair and reasonable.

Your bus was slow to collect on pick up.
The car was clean - no problems with the car at all.
The rudeness of the woman when I returned the car was beyond ridiculous. Treating me like a naughty child as I had accidently put it in the wrong spot. By the way there was no one waiting so it was not like she was flat chat and it was 5pm.
I will never use your service again and have booked with Budget for my next trip.

Reliable and affordable option
The price was good, the shuttle from the airport was quick and reliable, check in was easy. My only issue is the little MG car was not great - difficult to get it to go up hills!
