Disappointed with the waiting time for…
Disappointed with the waiting time for the shuttle bus to arrive and when it did, didn’t have enough seats to accommodate our group and I need to come back to the airport to pick the elderly up. New checking in kiosk is new and not as smooth as it should be. And when done we are asking to wait where an operator is actually free to help.
The 8 seater was not properly checked as the middle seat of the middle row is not secured to the rail and we tried to fix it ourselves with no success. (This is after we left the pick up location to pick of the elderly). Drop off was easy which is the only positive.

While we do aim to have the free shuttle service running constantly during our open hours sometimes due to circumstances out of our control there may be delays that will be addressed as quickly as possible. We apologise for this as it sounds like you were left waiting for the shuttle longer than expected. We try to get our main driver, and an additional on the shuttle, but if we do have the space, we will try to take as many people as we can over to our location.
We're also sorry to hear that the check-in wasn't working smoothly as intended, it's a new introduction to help speed up our check-in process and we will continue to work on getting this up to our usual standard.
We would have loved to have been able to fix the issue with the seat for you during your hire, any issues that arise that our team on the phone can't help with, our team at our depot locations can help find a solution.

With any booking if you do find that our free shuttle service is taking a bit longer than you would like you can always make your own way to the depot via taxi or uber and our staff would get you into the vehicle for your booking ASAP.

Take photo's when you pick up the vehicle
Customer service were friendly and helpful, shuttle bus from the airport was great, and the vehicle was good. However, we dropped the car off out of hours as directed due to an early flight, and they fully tried to pin pre existing damage on us. Luckily we took photos when we picked it up.

Any vehicle that is returned out of hours is under your rental agreement liability until our staff arrive and can take hold of the vehicle, if we find damage on a vehicle that is not listed on the vehicle inspection carried out before your rental this is when the claims process begins.
We do give ample time and space for you to provide anything you may have showing that this was a pre existing issue such as photos taken at collection, and do take every interaction regarding this into consideration. We're glad to see that this was settled in the end and understand how this would have left you feeling.

Not up to expectations
Was given information regarding a change to the booking that ended up costing us substantially more. Car was not very clean on collection. Staff not very friendly on return. Overall a poor customer experience and not consistent with recent experience with another branch. Disappointing.
