Car hire
When We arrived at the yard to collect our car we found it was still being rented by the previous clients and that bookings crossed over by 1/2 hour. This then lead to a rushed cleaning job. On collection from the airport the lovely girl let us fit the car seat to the bus. On return of the car the bus driver made us feel rushed and would not allow us to fit the car seat.
We were double charged insurances and tolls weren’t clearly explained.

Had to call NRMA twice and couldn't use…
Had to call NRMA twice and couldn't use the car for the period as the battery couldn't be replaced.
The car was out of service by 2400 kms.
Lodged a complaint and still have not heard anything from the customer service department.

Quick service and extended opening hours.
Drawdowns: USB plug was removed/didn’t work, could not connect to apple CarPlay.
The location is a challenge to reach from downtown with public transportation.

Airport pickup takes too long
I didn’t have a local mobile phone hence used VOIP teams to call for the airport pickup. Waiting for more than 45mins at the pick up bay was not unexpected before being picked up. The lady who came to pick us up had an attitude, looked annoyed at being called. However later on the vehicle pick up and drop off was quick and smooth. Quality of the vehicle was good and expected from a premium model. This is my 2nd time, I will consider next time to pick up from terminal.

While we do aim to have the free shuttle service running constantly during our open hours sometimes due to circumstances out of our control there may be delays that will be addressed as quickly as possible.

We saw a lot of bad reviews on this place which I don’t believe is deserved in all honesty. Our experience was great with bargain car rentals, the morning of pick up was straight forward ( made easier as they have an online check in to fill out you can do before arriving). We were showed our car which was very new and in great condition, our car had a minor issue with the radio which was not allowing us to connect to Bluetooth or listen to any music and as we were on a road trip to the blue mountains we needed some music. They immediately switched us into a different car and made sure we were happy, which of course we were. Car was full of fuel, all we had to do was make sure it was refuelled at the end. Overall great experience with the company, I would recommend especially since it was half the price of the next cheapest company

Price was great
Price was great. Car was good — basic q5. Pick up from the airport took less than 20 min (the website tracker of the shuttle didn’t work, which was unnerving but the shuttle showed up as it was supposed to). Processing in and out was smooth.

I am extremely disappointed with the…
I am extremely disappointed with the rental car service. The vehicle was not in good condition and caused us multiple issues throughout our trip, which really affected our long-awaited family holiday. Instead of enjoying our time, we had to deal with unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
On top of that, the customer service was very poor. There was little to no support when we faced problems, and our concerns were not handled properly.
Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this company to others.

Shuttle never collected me after…
Shuttle never collected me after 60minute airport wait. Had to pay for taxi to get to car rental location as otherwise waiting further would be late to a conference. Then told my car wasn't even ready despite having booked for a collection time 1.5hour prior to this time.
