Good service although it takes a while to sort the collection. No mention of how tolls will be charged, and the admin fee for each individual toll was horrendous.

Great vehicle, value and staff
Connor was great. Friendly, polite, courteous and even had time to run us to the airport after our rental.
Not many staff would offer to hot-spot their phone as i didnt have an Internet connection to check the sat nav route before heading off on our holiday.

Pick up van station at Sydney Airport is difficult to find. Contact center should give a map before time.
Contact center should be slowly speaking for foreigners who not familiar to Aussie style.
Staff at car fleet tried to ask me to open 3 digit code of my credit card??
When I returned the car, BARGAIN should give me me car condition report to be a document that I will get 500 AUD deposit soon.
Overall score 8/10
I will rent a car again

We do include our depots address and how to get to us from the airport with our confirmations but I do apologise if this has not gotten through to you.
Feedback around our depot interactions is always passed along as generally tapping a card or your phone with the digital wallet does give us any details we need.
After a return of the vehicle we do operate on a no news is good news basis, if you do not hear from us everything has been logged and would proceed as planned.

Overall great value
The booking process online was easy, and the process to collect and drop off the car was easy and short. The price was great value. The shuttle pick up from the airport could have been a bit quicker - we waited more than half an hour.

Poor Instructions at Airport to find Shuttle
There was no signposting at the airport on arrivals and the instructions given to find the shuttle pick up, took us round in circles. We were unable to connect to a human on the customer service phone number we were given. In the end we had to spend $30 on an uber to get to the rental pick up point.

It is unfortunate that the shuttle instructions you were provided weren't sufficient. We unfortunately have no control over the signposting at the airport, but we do have a map for each location on our website showing exactly where the pick-up is.
