Not a good start, but excelled later
Bought a building block set that made up a cathedral.
Was clearly a second hand item that wasn't stated when I purchased it. Then i found that there was over 30 pieces missing so can't now be completed. Finally i struggled massively to find any contact information for them to discuss the problems.
I submitted this review before somebody answered. I would like to add that after finally getting hold of someone, they were really helpful and solved the problem very quickly

As explained to you before, we was not aware that this customer has used it before her return, as the returned package looks unopened and unused. Our contact information was easy to find, and the live chat is immediately available on visiting our site. We solved the issue within minutes and issued you a 30% refund as you feel like to keep the building block set.
Sizing would have been an option
