7 days and still waiting
I have just received an email inviting me to give a TrustPilot rating, hmm. A week on and I have not received what I purchased. Other than the receipt email, I've had no comms at all. I am not entirely sure that the business/website is still functioning but alas, it was the only place selling what I wanted. I continue to wait without much hope of receiving anything.

Perhaps I was a little hasty, since my review the store has been in touch and given me a tracking number... they posted the product the same day and it's been languishing with Royal Mail ever since, i.e. they've lost it. As mentioned the company has been in touch and are supplying a replacement product - can't really argue with that. I'll try and remember to update this review once the product is received. I guess the difference between a good and a bad company is how they respond to errors and criticism, and it looks like this firm responds well - thanks.

All's well that ends well...

After reading my review the store sent out the order again, free of charge of course.

Yesterday, I received that order... AND the original lost one.

This delay was wholly created by the Royal Mail, their tracking never worked beyond confirming they'd received the item(s) but not where they were or when they were delivered. The store paid 'signed for' postage, but Royal Mail did not ask for either package to be signed for.

My only recommendation? Perhaps the store could have a 7-day RoyalMail API check to see if the order had been successfully delivered - however, based on the courier's awful tracking, losing a product and not asking for a signature, then perhaps that would cause more problems than it resolved.

Thanks Bargain Trend for sorting the issue and to those thinking it, yes, of course I paid for the 2nd delivery :)

I was very happy that they had a product in stock that had been discontinued. Customer service was efficient and I received my item. Moreover I had a pleasant surprise when a few months later they also sent a free sample of a substitute brand that was manufacturing the product as a replacement of the discontinued, main-brand version.

As always utterly brilliant service and products, goes above and beyond every time

Very over priced even though obsolete there’s no need to sell them at an overpriced item especially when there taken from there original packaging and both items sold separately by using the wording packaging damaged is not a viable excuse, even though I know I did not have to buy them or was I forced but like I said these are obsolete now so had no choice or throw away a perfectly good wristband dispenser that goes with pop up scotch tape
