Always concerned about my dogs health and the items I will be feeding them. Any questions I have Bark is willing to answer them without problems.

Every time I called whether with a question or problem, it was addressed immediately and they made sure my pup & I were completely satisfied.

Toys are fabulous and nearly non destructive. My dogs love the treats and can't wait til I pull out a new bag.
Bark has always responded promptly if I have questions.

Barkbox has been great for all of us!! Artie absolutely loves his toys, and gets so excited when he sees the box at the door! Great quality, and the team is always responsive and helpful if we ever have an issue (which is very far and few between!) I recommend it to everyone, such a great company, great quality toys, and great experience!

New treats are much improved from the older ones and my dog can’t wait to retrieve her bark bag from the front porch. Not sure how she knows it’s her package.

The excitement, I see on my pups faces when they know the box is for them, makes my day. They love the toys and treats are always a hit.

So happy that Barkbox kindly replaced a toy that my dogs uncharacteristically unstuffed. Truly a surprise that they offered to do this. They also asked what type of toys my dogs like best. My girls were thrilled with the selected toy and immediately started playing with the chipwich squeaky toy.

Excellent customer service and quality of toys for my dog! Each Bark Box is very well designed, and is so fun to open each month.

Well, not only did I not receive February’s bark box I still haven’t received Mark’s book box and in February they told me they would send me toys to make up with it and they never arrived so I had to contact customer service again and they said they would send me more and I haven’t gotten those either!!! customer service is usually phenomenal, but I’m struggling lately

The boxes are super cute with fun themes and playful games included. Especially the Knights of Gnawmore recently, I have her sigil on her little room.
