Customer service is amazing. I had emailed to say that the smell of one of the toys was very strong and threw me into a major migraine attack. Customer service was incredibly kind and said they would note that it happened & would not send me anything like it again. They even offered to send a replacement toy. Also, when asked to submit thoughts and reviews-they actually cared what I wrote about my dog, Lucy. When hearing that Lucy didn’t like a toy very much-they offered to send her one she liked instead! I don’t know of any other company that treats its customers so well. I wish other companies of all types would take notice and adopt this model of kindness and integrity.

They take the time to make sure my dogs are getting the right size toys and kind of treats that both my dogs love . They were helpful to make sure my payments fit both our schedules. They let my babies change their minds if they want a different toy or treat without a hassle.

My dogs absolutely love getting their bark box every month. They love seeing all the new toys. Our little Frenchie gets so excited, she'll try to open the box herself!

We love BarkBox, the fact that you can specify which toys your dog prefers and they will pack your box/bag according to your preferences is amazing. I love that I can send videos of my dog getting her monthly bag and someone always responds!

She loved them all, the winner though was the peas in a pod. Absolutely her favorite now, last favorite was purple mummy guy from Halloween theme bag.

My dog loves Barkbox! The variety of superchewer toys keeps her busy and content. The variety of options for the monthly box (toys and treats or just toys) is great to ensure my puppy gets what she needs.

My pups go crazy every month when the bark box goodies arrive. They know what it is immediately and lose their minds!!

BarkBox has been a great fit for our two boys. We get three soft toys, a special treat, and two bags of treats each month, and they love every bit of it. Their favorite part is the interaction — hiding treats inside the toys and using their puzzle toy keeps them busy, happy, and mentally engaged. It’s a fun surprise every month and always gets their tails wagging.

We love getting our Bark Box every month! It is always a big joy for everyone since our Ellie girl knows that it is a package for her and even tries to open it herself. Anytime there has ever been an issue Bark Box resolves it immediately. We have been getting it for three years now and look forward to many more!

My dog absolutely loves bark box. He loves getting his package in the mail once a month and the excitement of opening it up and choosing a toy. It’s like Christmas every month. The toys are high-quality and he loves trying the different snacks and cheese sticks. It is definitely worth it to make him so happy

The boxes are great transporting them stinks asking about deliveries bored we recieve rhe wrong I love them boxes so I disregard the glitches but lately it stinks.

Since my dog was a pup she anticipates bark box every month! She is american pitbull terrier and thrives on super chewer toys. Barkbox has been a savior for those precious powerful chompers! And the delicious wholesome treats are just an added bonus! The always imidiate compassionate customer is exceptional. Prices are more than fair... never have to buy treats elsewhere and never run out of the toughest toys available. Also... I have a lot of fun myself with the changing monthly themes! ❤️

The toys are well made and my dog loves them. She would always recommend more treats but the treats they send are her favorites.

Ed loves the bark box! The toys keep him so busy sometimes I have call for him and he's playing with his toys!

Mickey loves his bark bag. He knows what it is when it comes lol. I cut across the top and he dives in 😂 ( he’s a chihuahua so he fits)

They listen and read all email and respond to you right away.
When I have had any issues, they have contacted me to ask how to fix it. When I had an item that was too small, so I was afraid my dog could choke on it, they sent a different toy and helped me to reset to large dog instead of medium dog.
A great company that listens!
