Delivery was quick from England to Australia and unlike Cheaney no freight charge assuming order is above a certain amount. Shoes of high quality and excellent value for the price point. Fit was spot on for 12UK G so no need guess the last sizing.

I for many years ago almost ordered some shoes from them, but ended up not choosing them due to reviews.
But, they then decide that because my email has been given to them, then they are suddenly allowed to send me mails. I unsubscribed from them instantly, since I never gave them consent to mail me. But did that stop them from mailing me? Nope. I then contracted their costumer care and they pretty told me "who cares, just block the mail if it bothers you", which is a pretty **** response. I'm well aware that I can block, but wrote to inform of a flaw in their mailing system... I then forgot about it until today when they decided that now's the time to send another ad mail...
Don't trust these guys with your data, they don't care.

Look elsewhere if you need shoes in reasonable time
I have ordered two pairs of boots from them (I am based in EU) and order have been placed on 19/11/2025. Today is 25/11/2025 and order hasn't left the storage/shop yet. I have called them on Monday, they assured me it will be shipped the same day or day after the latest and that isn't the case. How difficult is to pack to shoe boxes into a bigger box, seal it and attach a shipping label? ...I guess anybody can do that in 5 minutes, online store should be able to do it within a minute or so. I am giving two stars for the failing to ship the order. The shoes themselves are NOT part of the review, have two or three pairs which I bought myself in regular store and love them.

Oh dear oh dear what’s happening with Barkers shoes.
Oh dear oh dear, what timing for Barker shoes as I have received my first pair of seconds at full price, as they had scratches all over, and looked to have been worn but no quality control or care it would seem from this manufacturer. My honest opinion is they just don’t care what is sent to a customer.
Clearly after this had happened I complained and received my second pair today. Needless to say my second pair are scratched on one shoe, plus coupled with the fact I had asked for a different delivery address but that was just ignored I’m not a fan.
Please don’t waste your money with Barkers shoes, as you will regret it.

So I can safely say that Barker shoes in all shapes, have been constantly keeping my feet warm,dry, and comfortable, I can recommend Barker shoes , they may seem expensive but in the long run very reasonable.

Disappointing return process
The shoes arrived in good time and were of a nice quality, as advised they were big to size and I considered returning them, that’s where the disappointment starts. The return process is way off what I expected from a premium brand, the onus is on the buyer to get them sent back and provide enough info to get a refund.
