Two emails to customer services and no reply - then this request for feedback on my recent purchase drops into my email….. No problems!
Tracking details link doesn’t work, two emails to customer services I replied to, 24 hour response deadline imposed in my email of this morning or I’ll simply recover the costs of my purchase two weeks after paying through my payment provider.

Order made 11 days ago. Wrong dispatch information sent to email and DPD does not have my order.
Have tried to chase this up through different channels and sent a chase up email 5 days ago today.
No answer to my query and no shoes. Have already paid.

I am writing to provide feedback regarding my order, #ROW-3084, Caldler , cherry grain UK6 .I have three main issues:
1. Embossing Pattern: The embossing pattern on the left shoe tip is not centered, unlike the right shoe.
2. Color Discrepancy: The color is not what I expected from the pictures. I ordered "Calder - Cherry Grain" but the shoes look more brown and lack the cherry effect.
3. Sizing: I usually wear EU 40, but this pair is slightly tight. Can I expect the shoes to become more flexible after a period of wear, or "seasoning"?
4. I had written emails to barker team , no reply., after 5 days they had replied email.

Goods never arrived. Tracking information provided was from an oil fragrance company for an order in another city 6 months prior to my order being made. Despite contacting them (only take emails - even chat goes to an email) and raising my concerns no one has contacted me or resolved this.Applied to the bank to refund money.

I just received my new pair of Barker shoes. They where nice packed with a pair of extra shoelaces and shoebags, I like that.
It was easy to make the purchase on the website and the delivery to Sweden was quite fast.
So, i’m very satisfaid with my purchase, and the shoes, they are just……..lovely.

First time I have purchased a pair of Barker shoes via the direct on-line sytem and sadly this has not been a pleasent or very good experience. Delivery of my order was quite slow and very little information was provided to me on my orders status - Then upon my visual review:- the right and left boot appeared to look slightly different in there overall shape when held up together, particulaly the toe shape on the right boot. This anomaly was then confirmed to me when I tried them on as the left boot fit me fine and comfortably, but the right boot squeezed my toes on my right right side of my foot making the right boot to feel really tight. Therefore I then set about on the return process which again was not straight forward and very disapointing in that it had to be paid for at the post office which was quite expensive as the boots value was over £200 !! (Rus Brom and Oliver Sweeney do not charge on their returns) Then to cap the whole process off I have now recieved 2 messages on my RM tracking (last friday and yesterday - Monday) that they could not deliver my package as the address was not accessible !! And today I find that there is no phone option to contact Barker ? only via e-mail or on-line chat - Very Very disappointing

Putting the price up by £15, then reducing the price by 24% for the Sale Event is sharp practice! It’s not what I expect from Barkers…..people aren’t stupid 🤷♂️
I have been purchasing Barker shoes for over 30 years and decided I needed a pair of Chukka boots.
I am extremely pleased with my latest purchase and glad to see the product quality has been maintained over the decades.
I did try to obtain a 'G' width, but apparently 'F' width was the only available, so although a little "snug", the boots come up to my expectations.
A great buy, to last for many years.
