Device never showed up

Even though I received a tracking link indicating the device was delivered, it never arrived. No response to emails. Reading reviews here, it seems I'm not the only one.

Buyer Beware

The product itself might work, but Barkshield’s customer service is absolutely disgusting. I didn’t receive the item that I paid for and have sent multiple emails (because they have no contact number to call on) and did not receive a reply. I’m guessing they just add problems straight to the block list. It’s a scam.

Disgusting Customer Service

Order was returned to Barkshield by Australia Post after an issue with the Parcel Locker. I have sent many emails to the seller to arrange a replacement and ALL have been ignored.

Ordered and paid.

Ordered and paid.
Not recieived, got email from Evri saying lost in post then they said it was damaged beyond repair.
Told to contact seller for refund or replacement. Tried email and non working website, no response. Evri looking into it, but it's now been 3 months and still nothing.

Scam and thieves!

Horrible service, seems like scam. Took my money and never provided the item. Tried to contact them and they ignored my emails. Thieves!!!

Absolutely pitiful service and product

Absolutely pitiful service and product. My item was faulty, I contacted them to return it and secure a refund, that was around 4 months ago. They do not respond to emails, and are breaking any customer agreements they have (30 day refund guarantee).

Do not buy this product, it’s a waste of time and money

Save your money

I bought hoping it would work

I bought hoping it would work, it doesn't. The website says 30 day money back guarantee. No questions asked. I emailed the company, they asked me to send the order # and receipt (I did) they was told that's fake and then called an "a$$hole" wish I could post photos of the conversation on here for proof.

Stopped working, and no response or resolution from the company

Bark Shield arrived and we started using it the next day. It seemed to get a reaction from our dogs so we were hopeful. We were gone for a few days and tried to use it again when we got back. It didn't seem to be making the sound, but the lights were coming on. Made sure it was fully charged. Still doesn't work. Reached out to the company twice and still haven't heard anything back. There is supposed to be a money back guarantee, but I guess if the company ignores the claim the guarantee doesn't matter.

i have bought a barkshield product in UK

i have bought a barkshield product in the UK on Sunday 17th Aug 2025 via instagram. Since the money has gone from my account, non of theemails or links work and I cannot access the website as down as opening soon when search via google. I'm getting the feeling this is a scam. Is anyone else having this problem?

I purchased the product

I purchased the product, it made the dog bark harder. Contacted the company over three weeks ago, they said they would look into it and would respond, now crickets, no response. I want my money back. Total waste, don’t do business with this scam company!

Never Got Mine & Got No Help

I would give a zero if I could. I ordered my Barkshield in June, it has been 2 months since they "shipped" it out. I have no updates via the "tracking #". I also had no idea it was being shipped from China, I didn't know that and would not have purchased it if I knew that in advance.
I reached out to the company but all I got was a "be patient" response. I wanted my money back but they are refusing.
There are positive reviews here but I would caution anyone thinking of buying this product because if anything goes wrong, the company will not help you. Save yourself the headaches and find another way to help your dog, this company is not worth it.

The barking has stopped!

My dog used to bark at every dog passing by on our walks. He’d pull the leash and would bark until the dog passed by. When company came over, he would run to the door and bark at our visitor and jump on them. On the very first day that I used bark shield it all stopped. I take the device with me on walks, and now my dog is much calmer. Visitors can now walk in my house without getting jumped on! In most cases now, if he starts barking, I just need to call his name and he stops.

Can’t fault it

Can’t fault it, great bit of kit dog would always bark at car doors or anyone he could see through the window a couple of uses and he stoped straight away.

Purchased device in May

I purchased my bark device in May and used it on my two dogs and it only made them bark more. I have been trying since then emailing the company letting them know that I was exercising my 30 day return policy to get a full refund. They responded back saying that they would offer a 50% refund and I could keep the item. I responded back saying no I don’t want to keep the item I want my full refund back. I received an email response back from the company stating that they would forward this onto the appropriate department to be processed. As of today, I have sent numerous other messages to the company with no response back from them.
I’m going to contact my bank and try to dispute the charge based on their 30 day refund policy to see if they can help me out.
Very unhappy with their customer service and the fact that they don’t provide a phone number to contact them!!

Astonishingly effective

My dog did not bark that much, but if she saw anyone outside she would go nuts. The Barkshield has been amazing. She stops immediately, and does not bark nearly as much; she might growl quietly but rarely out loud. I live in a apartment-type building so this has been a godsend.
