Great after sales support!

We purchased the Document Library Pro plugin from Barn2, and we have had a lot of difficulties adjusting it/customizing it to suit our needs.

So we reached out to support with various questions and we have probably written back and forth 15-20 times by now.. Each time they came back with a precise answer and we were able to make the necessary changes.

I have never encountered such an efficient (and free) after sales support from a plugin before. So kudos to you and a big shoutout to Adrian who has been more than helpful!

The support for WooCommerce Filters is fantastic. They take the time the understand an issue and are quick to deliver a solution or fix. The response times are also great. I recommend this product for filtering WooCommerce products.

Great plugin. Does exactly what i wanted and the customer support is wonderfull

We organized over 1200 documents into a trackable library across a 10 child multisite. No more hunting for locations or worrying about outdated content...And it looks good too.

I had a coding problem with the post table pro plugin and the support helped me, even the task was out of the normal suppert scope.

I've been using their protected categories plugin to set up regional pricing. It works well. The only problem I had was with the license randomly de-activating. I think it had something to do with our WordPress setup, but we couldn't figure out how to fix it. The Barn2 support team resolved the problem for us. They were awesome and super helpful.

Barn2.com is TERRIFIC, and their Support Techs and Engineers are AWESOME & FANTASTIC!!! I don't want to single anyone out by name, as I don't know that they want their names listed on this Survey, but they ALL are TREMENDOUSLY GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO!!!

I have been helped out SO MANY TIMES by them all!

We had an issue when WP-Rocket was caching the code. Tech support at Barn2 spotted it and suggested a remedy that worked. Only took a couple of hours.
Can't ask for better support.

I purchased a product options plugin for my webshop, for price calculation for customized products, and I am really happy with my purchase, they are also very quick to answer email when you need help.

I received terrific support on this issue. I probably could have figured out the cause of the problem on my own, in a couple of years! Great attitude of wanting to get the problem resolved, whatever it took! It turned out that what looked like a revision problem with a plugin wasn't a problem with a plugin, but a problem of me having a page in 'Draft' status. Couldn't have been nicer about getting to the bottom of fixing it! Thanks Adrian, and thanks to the Support team!

I am very happy with Post Tables Pro. It lays out the data in my custom posts very nicely, making my client very happy. Mostly though, I am very pleased with the support provided. Their customer support was very helpful to me and much appreciated.

Great plugin, i use it for the price calculator. Unfortunatelly it cannot hide price until the price is calculated but further a great plugin with GREAT SUPPORT. I had a question and they wrote a css style for me, so thats so perfect! Would recommend!

I've been using Post Tables Pro for quite a while now. It's become a major part of my website and I don't know how I managed without it. I've got a huge table with more than 900 titles/pages (stories) and use it to sort/filter/search. Yesterday I stumbled onto an issue I couldn't figure out and the support is awesome. Pointed me in the right direction and problem solved.

Tech support was prompt and very helpful- I was able to get the info I needed to resolve my problem in a timely manner.

The fault i experienced was actually because of another plugin, but they adjusted the CSS anyways. Great support!!!

Over priced and worst customer support. The plugin is hardly customizable with very least options.
