Barosa have been managing our building for a year now and they are extremely responsive, act responsibly and keep themselves accountable. It's a breath of fresh air compared to our previous management firm!

So far, no complaints at all with Baroda. Much more friendly and communicable than First Port ever were and genuinely working with residents and lease holders to improve things

A good block management company!? They do exist! I've had mixed experiences with management companies across multiple properties ranging from average to downright horrible.

Barosa recently took over an estate where I own an apartment and have gone beyond all expectations. They are extremely responsive (even replying in the middle of the night!), highly effective and pleasant to deal with. Not just good, but excellent!

I never thought I'd find myself recommending a management company, but look no further!

Have had Barosa as our new management company since April and Sandeep and his team have made a huge difference to our development and we are starting to notice the small changes even in this short time. Looking forward to seeing how things develop over the next few years

Barosa Management Company have been working at Rockwell Court for less than a year but have brought the standard of maintenance up to a high level. Previously firstport had neglected many issues and the block was in need of much work. Now we all feel very happy that we are in good hands and the place is very tidy and lots of jobs have been completed to raise the standards. A health and safety audit recently highlighted many issues that firstport had neglected. Barosa are prioritising the issues and working through them. We feel much safer now.
The Bin Store is clean, lighting is restored, drains are being checked and cleaned, the gardens are much tidier, cleaning in public areas is excellent and key-pads have been replaced on doors, to name a few issues resolved by Barosa.

Barosa took over the management of our block of flats in April 2021. They are delightful to deal with, efficient and really quick to action things that need doing.

Really efficient service to get a new fob!

Water source must have been accidentally switched off. I got home at about 9.30pm on Friday to find taps dry. Sent a mail of to Barosa and got a reply almost immediately. Problem was solved before the end of the evening. Someone actually came round and switched on my water source about 11pm on a Friday nite. Thanks ever so much Barosa. I had visions of a nightmare weekend with no running water.

Barosa is a boutique style service provider, very proactive in troubleshooting and problem solving. Through effective interactions with residents they are able to make changes and improvisations, they are trustworthy and thorough professionals.

Reading these reviews is infuriating. It's funny how every review is 'invited'. Whilst I can't argue that Barosa have done some good things at the block, Sandeep has no people skills, hides behind phones and emails and is rude and unhelpful. Everything we've asked him for he has failed to do or help with. He doesn't take criticism well and is clearly not a fan of discussion - it's his way or no way.

I spoke to Sandeep today. He is very friendly and helpful.

He answered all my questions and also gave me further advice on how to deal with a demanding neighbour and build up a better relationship with them.

What a great difference from the previous management companies. Regular updates of Repairs breakdowns maintenance. Helpful. Fast responses.

Eventhough I only know them for a few months they are fast and efficient and for the first time I even get other than the e-mails regular mail at my home address in Greece !
