Barosa doesn't manage my block of flats. When I reach out to them for some help, they were quick to respond and organise a proposal for 'parking management at the block at no cost' which my existing managing agent couldn't. Well done!

Since Barosa took over the management…
Since Barosa took over the management of our block, there has been an immediate change and improvement! I had a broken letterbox that was fixed without my needing to request it, and more recently they assisted in returning a parcel that would have been left on my doorstep for weeks while I was away. With the recent redecorations and improvements in cleaning of the block they are making life more pleasant for the residents, and have certainly gone above and beyond for me.
What I like the most about them is the ease of access and their readiness to listen and help. Feels like a family member looking out for you! Great job.

So far very good service as new managers of our building. We are very happy especially with the internal communal areas, which are much cleaner than before.
