Not acceptable product or service

I purchase a unit from this site. It took some time to arrive and came defective and unassemblable. Company asked me to waste my time sending videos. I have written repeatedly asking for a refund and they don’t respond to that request. Terrible product. Terrible customer service. Basically a $300 dollar theft

Three-Month Delay and Zero Communication from Baseblocks

I ordered a training product directly from Baseblocks in April during their pre-sale campaign. The company announced shipping on August 1st, but the order was delayed by almost three months without a single update, apology, or explanation.

After months of their silence, I reached out to their customer service — but received no reply. A few days later, I simply got an automated message saying my order was on the way. Still no human response, no acknowledgment of the delay, and no apology for the poor experience.

This level of communication and customer care is unacceptable for a company selling professional fitness equipment. Transparency and respect for customers are not optional — they are basic standards.

As a performance coach and long-time buyer of training equipment for athletes and clients, I can’t recommend Baseblocks until they significantly improve their service and reliability.
