Absolute SCAM company. They will conceal fees in their sign on process, make cancellation nearly impossible and has very poor customer service.

They are a scam company that is just looking to get to your money. Difficult to cancel, though not impossible. And all over you will find like minded reviews.

Dzmitriy Miskevich (Belarus) studied international law in Spain, working with Khrystyna Chornous (Ukraine) lives in New York, she is responsible for marketing and (shady) customer acquisition and Artem Sinitsky (Belarus) and some other developers scam people for money through their Basenji Apps - a company that is legally registered in Cyprus. They buy fake reviews to show a good raiting, where in fact, they are majorily hated by real consumers and have predatory practices with their subscription. I have a few leads, so if you'd like to bring this enterprise down join our reddit group.

This is a scam, avoid at all costs. There are better apps out there that don’t steal your money and make it impossible to cancel.

Basenji apps preys on individuals in a time of weakness calling their Breeze app a mental health aid. The app offers nothing of value and the subscription cancelation process has been engineered to be excessively difficult. I paid $10 up front, found no value in the app, turned off the automatic payments, deleted my account and uninstalled the app. Months later I realized that the charges continued and they had taken from me nearly $120 dollars. If the subscription is initiated from the app which is downloaded from an app store the consumer is directed to pursue refunds from the app store itself, but if the account is created from the Breeze site directly no refunds are permitted. Myself, and I'm sure many others probably started their mental self-help journey with a general web search which landed me on their website directly for account creation before being directed to the Google app store for app download. Their website advertises that their program is trusted by 11.5+ million users with a 4.8 out of 5 star rating, but once I was redirected to the Google app store I saw a 2.8 star rating and out of 26.5K reviews HALF of them were one-star reviews complaining of the predatory practices. Further researching I discovered that there is an entire subReddit devoted to complaining about the Basenji/Breeze scam. I'm shocked that this company is allowed to do business at all.

I recently noticed an unexpected charge of £24.99 on my bank account, despite never having subscribed to or created an account with this service. The charge does not appear on my Apple subscriptions list, and I have never received any communication or confirmation regarding this charge.

I looked up their website and they even state a false email support email address! Unbelievable. Avoid at all costs!

They are scammers! Do not trust this website! they have now billed me 41.43 canadian and i had to pay 1 dollar for a 7 day trial and now they have billed me without a way to contact them.

Scammers! Do not pay the 1€ for a 7 day trial. They will just take money from your account. We should all report this app!

I canceled my order through the app. They LIED and said I had not and charged me anyway. They would not refund the $30 they charged me for absolutely nothing.

Unauthorized charge. I requested a refund and they refused. They said I received an assessment document. I did not receive any documents form thsi company nor did I have access to any documents on the site. I requested they review their records to prove I had not received/viewed any such documents. They said it was sent, which is a lie. However they DID attach it in the email requesting a refund!! SCAM!! STAY AWAY! The worse part is they are saying they are suppose to be a mental/emotional help app.

They have scamed me. I have made an test online and i had to pay 1€ for it. They booked additional 9,99€ from my bank account for a pdf file i never wanted to buy. I have written them many emails....they are not responding. Can someone give me an advice? How can i end the subscription i'm unwillingly in ??? How can i get my money back?? I'm grateful for any advice!

Scammers!!! Stay away from them. They steal payment details to take unauthorised payments. Report them to banks to add to a list of scammers

I am writing to bring urgent attention to the unacceptable and fraudulent practices of Breeze Mental Health. I signed up for the advertised “$1 free trial” under the belief that I could evaluate the service without financial risk. However, despite canceling my trial within the designated period, I have been charged $30 every day since. This deceptive practice has caused significant financial strain, which is intolerable and unethical.

What is even more concerning is that I am not alone in this experience. Many other users have reported the exact same issue in reviews, yet no action has been taken to address it. Breeze Mental Health appears to be systematically exploiting vulnerable individuals seeking help for their mental health, using deceptive subscription practices to defraud them. This is not just a single oversight—this is a pattern of behavior that must be stopped.

Your subscription terms are intentionally misleading, failing to disclose that such exorbitant charges would continue even after the trial period, especially after cancellation. This lack of transparency is a blatant violation of consumer trust and contradicts Apple’s protective measures meant to prevent unauthorized charges and fraud.

It is unacceptable that, despite numerous reports from innocent users, Breeze Mental Health continues to engage in these deceptive practices. The failure to address these widespread complaints demonstrates a lack of regard for your customers, particularly those already struggling with mental health issues. This needs to be addressed immediately before more individuals are defrauded.

I demand a full refund for all unauthorized charges and expect immediate corrective action to rectify this unethical business model. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate my complaint to consumer protection agencies, including the Better Business Bureau, and pursue legal action if necessary. Breeze Mental Health must stop these fraudulent practices now to protect its users.

Total scam! I would give zero stars if possible. No way to cancel subscription through their site or app. For a company that claims to help improve mental health, this app is sure a headache.

I decided to try breeze mental health after seeing ads for months. I followed the link from Facebook. I can't remember if I took a quiz or not. I do remember thinking it was weird the application wanted my cc info before my email address, but honestly, since I'm here, I clearly didn't think to much into it. HUGE MISTAKE! As soon as my cc info was received I was redirected away from the page. I could not log into the app, or the website. They're was no receipt confirmation, or any other communication regarding an account set up. How could there be? I was never asked to put in an email address. I decided to bite the bullet, this was obviously a scam. I was charged $29.99 for a free trial that I never had access to, then a month later another charge of $29.99 was processed for a product I never received! I have emailed their customer service, which was a total waste of time. They're condescending and unwilling to listen about my experience. They responded to blame me. They genuinely hoped that I would accept user incompetence as to why I should be charged $59.98 for services never received, THEN has the audacity to offer to "hold my hand" through the process again to try and get me to re-enroll.

After my experience and reading many reviews on reddit and quora that shared the sentiment of the ones in this thread, I filed a complaint with the BBB. I encourage you to do the same if you have had a similar experience.

Their business practice and customer service are gross. Don't do it!

Scam. Taking your payment info. No way to process refund through Apple because somehow the payment is not through the App Store. $41.19 lost right off the bat. They will not refund.

Complete scam! You pay 1$ to get quiz results and end up getting nothing! Yet they charge you and I tried and tried to end my so- called ”subscription” but the Basenji customer service say that the e-mail i used to sign up is not in their system (that’s the reason they can’t end my subscription according to them). But yes, they still know I have an account?! And charge me!

Scam...do not sign up. They bill you directly and you can't cancel.

This is NOT legit! I would love to bust the makers!
