I now believe this scam I ordered an fabric cleaner spray for car which doesn't even work and wasn't the spray as shown online it was a pump bottle that pumps foam that u can't spray it just drops blots of foam and disappears u can't rub it in with a cloth and your left with a wet seat and not cleaned useless. They took my first payment of nz$67.83 for them and now have takin another payment of nz$66.97 which I didn't approve and I have no reply from them so contacted bank to cancel card

Worst company EVER! Their 18 day free trial Membership you sign up for (which you don't really know you are signing up for) . . . just keeps being charged to your card.

I ordered 3 bras that didn't arrive and have been charged for a membership 3times that I didn't sign up for. The transactions have been reported as unauthorised. They are scanners. Do not buy with them!

Don't buy from this company as they are rip off .that your money. My item was supposed to be delivered as it says on there tracking system on my account but when I chatted to them on live chat they said its not been delivered? When you ask where the item is the person on chat disappeared .

Complete scam. No ability to contact them. No evidence of where they got my details. Cannot be stopped except by cancelling your credit card.

They claim that when I made a purchase, that was conducted through a 3rd party link, that I signed up for a monthly membership of USD39.47 per month.

I asked that they send me the form I supposedly marked as signing up to this membership but they say they do not retain it. Really!!!???

They are rorting the system & I suspect that there may be a pre-selected tab that is not obvious so that they catch out unsuspecting users.
I would STRONGLY recommend that anyone avoids this website. While their phone number is UK listed, you end up talking to a minion in Cyprus. Sleazy bunch if you ask me!

We have been charged three times for the one order and they will not take us off their subscription? what ever that is. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE THIEVES.
We have been billed two more times since buying ear phones I contacted them and they said they would not charge me again and the have taken money from my card with out authorisation.

I bought bluetooth headphones, 2 weeks later they took $61 ASD out of my bank account. They pretended that I had authorized it. I had to cancel my credit card. I now find out they've done the same thing to many other people. I should have checked them out more thoroughly. Websites ending with .com can be unsafe, because they are overseas ones. Aussie ones end with .com.au

Don't buy from Baskettop.com although I did receive the items with no invoice or order details to return for the full refund which was in advert. Then two weeks later they have taken £39.49 from my visa card without my authorisation. I certainly didn't sign up to any membership and have no contact details for them

RIPPED OFF, after making an online purchase, I received an email confirming my order. Nothing else after that including information regarding postage of my items. I bought a set of 3 Bras that were meant to be a New Design. Each Bra was a different size and the Quality is Very cheap. Out of 3 I can only wear 1. They then took a further AU $61.59 from my bank account 10 days later. I contacted them asking what it was for to be informed that it was a monthly subscription. NO information on the email to suggest this. It is now with my bank. Beware of Scamers.

I feel I have been scammed. They took $43.85 from my visa debit card 16 th July 2023 and still no product. I performed a search on google and it actually sad 56% high risk scam. I am a disability pensioner Money is a struggle SO please I just want my product I Paid for.

This is a scam when you purchase a product you also unknowingly sighing up to a membership I bought something for £25.99 two week later they took a payment for £39.99 which I didn't authorize I couldn't find any contact details so rang bank and they are sorting it out but it takes a little while.

They are a scam and keep charging monthly fee after the purchase without any notification or invoice post the charge. Do not use them.

I ordered two bras from them in a 4x they took the payment from my account may 27 but processed the order June12 and they said they never took the payment in may but clearly it’s on my Bank statement so when the bras came they were a small and not the Color I ordered and looked nothing like the pictures on there sight. I have several emails trying to get them to fix this mistake they tell lies have different policy’s, and on there website it said returns within 14 days and the package was never opened because it said small on the bag. but there new policy they told me for hygiene reasons they could not do a return. they don’t listen to what you have to say they are scammers horrible human beens. I hope karma sinks there shop

TOO bad you cant give these guys a ZERO!! DO NOT buy from this company it is a SCAM. I paid for a sub-par backpack and then ended up paying $55.00 x 3 for a "membership" I knew nothing about. I was reviewing my statements and came across these charges - which is exactly what they are hoping you won't do! When you contact them they say you ticked some box and won’t refund your money - stay away!!!!!!!!

Most expensive backpack I’ll ever own and I’m donating it to Salvation Army it’s so useless!

This site is a scam. They say that they send an email explaining about membership details but they don't and then they continue to take money from your account
