Hi, went to find information and view a replacement cloak room basin and bath at their Boucher Place shop in Belfast today. Darren Roy the branch manager was extremely helpful and had a great knowledge of the products we were looking for. I will be placing an order with Bassets within the next month.

In 2013 / 2014 I renovated my house, bought an updated "bathroom" and seperate "showeroom" from Bassetts - because they had what I wanted and gave good service! Here we are - nine years later and they are STILL giving excellent AFTER-Sales-Service"! The Sales Staff were SO helpful - especially Zak - who went out of his way to be of service and go that "extra mile"..........THANK YOU Bassetts!

We recently bought all sanitaryware for two bathroom refits from Bassetts in Clady, we dealt with Conrad who was extremely helpful and made the selection of items within budget very easy. We would definitely recommend using Bassetts

We came across Bassetts by chance as we were looking for a particular vanity unit for one of our bathrooms which Bassetts were suppliers of.
I spoke with Laura via the phone and she was extremely efficient and helpful. As a result we decided to ask Laura to give us a quote for all the items we required for our two bathrooms despite having pretty much decided to go ahead with our order through Watershed.
It was definitely the right decision as we were able to get exactly what we wanted for the best price and everything was delivered on time and with such ease.
Even when we had a couple of issues with the suppliers, Laura was on hand to deal with problems immediately saving us a lot of stress.
Laura really did make our renovation a much smoother experience and as a result we have recommended our friends and family to use Bassetts in the future.

Gareth in Bassetts was brilliant. Very easy to deal with and excellent with his help and advice. After selecting all the bathroom and fittings I then had the task of selecting wall and floor tiles. No problem. Gareth produced the tiles which he recommended. Delighted with his selection. My bathroom is beautiful. Friends and family all have admired it. My sister was so impressed she ordered up the same tiles.

All staff could not have been more helpful from the moment we arrived. Fiona in particular stood out. We had previously been to countless bathroom showrooms however, we were unable to find exactly what we wanted and nor speak to anybody that genuinely understood our requirements. We instantly struck a rapport with Fiona who went out of her way in sourcing products and samples from different companies until we got exactly what we wanted. Without this personal service and level of dedication we would not have been able to achieve the look and high standard of finish in our bathroom.

Had problem with radiator delivery delays, and Darren resolved issue immediately, with next day delivery of alternative unit, allowing plumber to complete kitchen installation. Very satisfied with his support and good customer service.

Looking for a new bathroom - we were on the Boucher Road so decided to try Bassetts - best decision we ever made. We gave Darren an outline of what we wanted, he showed us the range of products within our budget and gave us a lot of technical advice, all of which we were able to understand. Excellent service from Zac. I am on to the 'third' version of the plan for my renovated bathroom and he has shown great patience as I change my mind and add to the original brief. Nothing is too much trouble.

We visited Bassetts Bathrooms on the Boucher Rd in May 22 to plan a bathroom refit. Zak showed us different options that would work and provided a quote promptly that we agreed on.
Zak kept us informed of design and delivery which we really appreciated.
Highly recommended.

Worked with Zac last year on a bathroom install. He was helpful and got us good prices, although we'd already picked most of our items beforehand so there was no design involved. When we made a change to our plans, he got new items delivered quickly and took back the old one.
