I found Darren, the shop manager who assisted me in planning my bathroom, was patient, knowledgeable, competent and pleasant throughout the process of selection. I would definately recommend shopping there for your bathroom needs.

Our consultant Fiona was lovely who advised us in relation to our en suite renovation. He experience and expertise certainly proved its worth with the end result which is amazing. From start to finish and invaluable advice about choices she was a pleasure to deal with and went out of her way to solve or suggest items that would work. She is a joy to deal with would go straight back to her to help us again. Highly recommended.

I had never been to Bassetts before, I was planning on getting my bathroom done. I made an appointment with Fiona Nicholl from Boucher. To say my experience was absolutely amazing, from start to finish Fiona went out of her way to do everything for me. Her approach gave me the confidence, everything would be a smooth process. So professional and friendly. A pleasure to deal with, even went back for tiles for my kitchen. Would highly recommend going to Fiona in Boucher :)

We wanted to update our bathroom removing a bath and replacing it with a walk-in shower. We had very little idea of what was available and booked an appointment with the Showroom Sales consultant at the Bangor branch of Bassetts. Having explained what we were thinking we would like we were taken around the showroom and shown the range of shower units, wash hand basins, toilets and floor and wall tiles available. We were also provided with brochures of other units available but not on display in the showroom. We were shown the different types of shower doors available and the width of the access into the shower for each type. We did not feel rushed at any time and appreciated the professional advice and thoroughness given to us on each piece of bathroom furniture. Some decisions required more consideration and even though there were several changes of opinion on what we wanted, we at no time felt rushed to make a decision. Even when we had finished our consultation we were encouraged to get in touch or to call back to see anything we were unsure about. We received a quotation by email and did return to the showroom to discuss changes. The consultant kept in touch with us by email giving us alternative models with the same spec but at a better price.

We really didn't have a clear idea what we wanted for a bathroom and ensuite revamp, but called into Bassetts Boucher Road. Very glad we did, as we got brilliant support from Darren Roy who took great care talking us through options and helped us narrow it down to options we were really happy with. So happy, we basically ordered there and then, as it took alot of the pain out of the process. Very pleased.

Very helpful and went the extra mile for us. Anything we asked was absolutely no problem and advice was absolutely great. What a wonderful Ambassador for your firm

Made an appointment with the Clady renewables centre weeks in advance. Drove from Newtownards for the appointment at 9.30am only to be told that Chris with whom I made the appointment and who appears to be the only staff member in the renewables centre, doesn't work on Saturday and never has! The person in the showroom just gave us blank looks, told us she would let Chris know on Monday when he comes in but didn't think to take our name or number so not sure how that's going to help! We had been hoping to purchase 3 bathroom suites from them too, and will certainly be shopping elsewhere now. Extremely disappointing, wasted journey and dreadful service. Will not be returning.

We recently carried out a full renovation of our bathroom and went to our local Bassetts in Clady.We had the incredible help of Tracey Davies( showroom sales consultant) not only was she extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful but carried that all out in an uplifting and friendly manner.Nothing was a bother to her.We only went in for a quick look around and she helped us do that without being forceful, so we ended up buying practically everything we needed. I highly recommend anyone needing advice anything bathroom related call in and ask for Tracey

We recently replaced our bathroom- we visited Basset's Omagh and Camelia couldn't have been more helpful. We selected everything for our bathroom renovation from the beautiful range in store. Camelia came out to do a home visit and gave us great ideas of how to achieve our new bathroom. Both Camelia and Alanna were so helpful during the installation and ensured everything was delivered as required . We are just delighted with the finish and quality of the products but also the service we received from bassets. We would highly recommend them.

Refurbished the main bathroom with new shower, sanitary ware and tiles from Bassetts in Portadown. Tracey was really helpful and nothing was too much bother whilst she steered us through the options and persevered with our changing minds. All goods were delivered on time with no issues. Would definitely use again and would recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing from them.

Conrad was an absolute star when it came to helping me choose my bathroom suite...he didnt even flinch when he saw me return time and again whether to remind which flooring I'd picked or can we add this. They have a very competitive price range too.
