That’s e mailed. Him. Back. He got in. Touch with me. All sorted new valve fitted. Same. Day.

Darren assisted me in designing and refurbishing my entire bathroom. Darren went above and beyond what one would normally expect and nothing was too much trouble. He was very helpful and insightful with his suggestions. Darren demonstrated great knowledge on all areas, from tiles through to showers and baths. He was great in suggesting how different aspects would complement each other aesthetically and it is thanks to him the refurbished bathroom looks as amazing as it does.

Darren and team at Boucher road have assisted me with a number of bathroom projects over the last few years. They are willing to listen to my ideas and adapt those so they work within the areas in question. They offer very practical advice and co-ordinate all of the relevant required items needed to complete the job. Would highly recommend their professional service.

Cannot fault the Customer Service at Bassetts, even when busy, I was acknowledged and given the help / advice I needed.

Recently purchased a full bathroom suite from Bassets Bangor. Ross O’Bryan assisted my husband and I with the order and he was very helpful, went over and above to assist me picking the correct bath filler from Aquila. Bathroom turned out fabulous. My experience being great - I would even say fabulous - is down to the customer service delivered by Camelia. In the OMAGH Branch.
I had a long standing problem with my sinks which needed sorting out and she listened to what the problem was and there and then offering a suggestion on how they could be fixed. She gave me one of the alternate clicker basin wastes to try. It fitted AND worked. She also sorted getting me the 5 others that I needed, which were covered by guarantee.
She is a marvellous example of what a customer service person should be. And not just with me but with all her other customers as well.

Ross at Bassetts was excellent. He went above and beyond to help design our new shower room. He took time to show us all the different ranges available in all price brackets. Would highly recommend.

Bassetts have a large showroom with plenty of choice.

I'm having a large extension added to my house and needed to select tiles and radiators, Bassett's in Bangor have a large range. I ordered three radiators and valves that were delivered quickly. In error I selected the wrong valves and Ross who I was dealing with resolved my issue quickly and without fuss. I would recommend Bassett's who have a friendly "can do" attitude and service.

Nadia in the Bangor office provided excellent customer service in assisting us with selecting items for the refurbishment of our bathroom and ensuite. She displayed great product knowledge and experience to help inform our choices. Bassettes offer a wide and varied range of high quality products and Nadia was very professional and patient as we went through the iterative process of considering options before making our final decisions.

I went into the Bangor branch just for a look around, not expecting to be able to buy a bathroom within my budget however Nadia was able to talk me through and show me different products available. She is very knowledgeable and patient (especially as I kept changing my mind about the tiles).
I'm very much looking forward to using my new beautiful bathroom!
