I recently purchased several items for the renovation of my bathroom from Bassetts on Montgomery Road in Belfast. The branch manager, Philip, was most helpful and took the time to assess my needs and then locate several alternatives from various catalogues. I finished up with items that fulfilled what was needed to complete my job. Two items, ordered from England, took longer than expected to arrive but Philip made several phone calls to chase up the order. That is why I gave four stars rather than five although the delay was actually not the fault of Bassetts. Excellent service.

I had a problem with a cartridge for a basin mixer tape. Matthew was extremely helpful in resolving the problem by contacting the manufacturer and getting a replacement. Excellent service.

We have just finished our new bathroom installation with the expertise and help from Philip Mitchell in Montgomery Road store. It was difficult to visit showrooms etc with 2 young children but Philip went above and beyond to help us create our dream bathroom with the budget we had. We told him what we were after, and he was able to provide excellent advice, recommendations, and suggestions. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process. We are absolutely delighted with the service and products we received! We highly recommend and we will definitely use Bassetts again.

I was invited down to the showroom by Niamh on social media . I was kindly talked through all things heating by Chris who couldn’t have explained it better. Doing a self build can be overwhelming with the amount of information out there, but I was reassured by Chris on my visit. Highly recommend Bassetts!

We were looked after by Clare who was very helpful & informative. She was able to point us in the direction of the perfect suite for our bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble & she was very pleasant considering we arrived very close to closing time ! We would definitely recommend Bassetts

I had a problem with a bath tap set, diverter handle. The replacement was ordered and delivered from Bristan, which did not fit. The diverted valve was ordered and both fitted. I received courteous treatment throughout and professional advice. Both items were delivered in a timely manner. I would recommend both trade and private customers to experience a calm troublefree experience at this business.

I recently replaced my main bathroom, ensuite and downstairs cloakroom. I was concerned about the size of the project I was undertaking, but luckily I found the fabulous Fiona Nicholl at Bassetts, Boucher Road who helped me through each stage of the refurbishment. Once Fiona knew what my budget was and the look I was trying to achieve, she was able to use her extensive product knowledge and natural flair for design to bring my ideas to life. I am delighted with the results and have received nothing but compliments from family and friends.

Bought toilet cistern and some pipework and fittings at Bassets branch on 40 Montgomery Rd, Castlereagh, Belfast BT6 9HN.
All done and dusted in about 5 minutes. Philip and Mathew are stars, always helpfull and efficient.

Geraldine McElhatton in the Dungannon branch was excellent. She was very experienced and couldn’t do enough to help me.i was doing 3 bathrooms and I was back and forth numerous times. She was always pleasant and helpful

We were on holiday in Ireland and saw a nice towelradiator. Decided to visit Bassets and they were very helpful to get this in time (we were leaving to Holland in 2 days). Next day we could pick up the radiator and now we have an everyday memory to Ireland. It was the highlight of our holiday!! We are so exited!!

Found everything we needed for a small shower room renovation. Good advice in the showroom; staff were happy to give us the time and space to browse and consider options, but also made sure the plans remained realistic. The fitters were happy with the quality of the items we bought, and we are delighted with the end product.

We are so happy with our recent bathroom and en-suite renovations! We had a fantastic customer experience with Tracey in Portadown throughout the work. She talked us through all the options available to us and with great expertise guided us in our decisions and in planning out the layouts. The service was excellent from start to finish and we could not be happier with final product and attention to detail throughout. Highly recommend!

Phil and the staff at Castlereagh were brilliant. Kept in touch from placing an order of bathroom panels to delivery. Staff knowledgable and helpful. Delivery was prompt, driver friendly and nothing too much trouble. Thank you!

Brenda is fabulous. She sorted out our bathroom & en-suite refurb without a bother. Very professional with excellent recommendations without being pushy or overbearing in the showroom. I don't have the time to sort through never ending bath/tap/shower door etc options, or go round loads of showrooms getting multiple quotes and complicating things for myself. Brenda gave me an expert steer, based on my brief, and everything was absolutely spot on. I wouldn't go anywhere else now!

Had a brilliant morning with Richard in Portadown. Great showroom! Richard was extremely helpful and very patient. We discussed our plans/ideas for our bathroom in our new-build house and Richard was full of solutions when it became clear that perhaps somethings may not be possible. I am delighted with the way it has turned out! Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service

We called into the Bassetts Clady branch recently, initially to view their products and to get some bathroom ideas, thinking that we would have to purchase the various products we needed from several different places.

After viewing all of Bassetts products, we sat down with their rep Conrad to get a clearer picture of exactly what we may need. Conrad was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, professional and patient.

He showed us various potential options for our designs, and after carrying a costing exercise for our preferred sanitaryware, wall panelling and floor tiles, we quickly realised that with Bassett's competitive prices, coupled with the fact that we could buy everything from the one place, this simplified the whole process of our bathroom refurbishment, so we placed the order there and then.

Conrad kept in contact with us, and the subsequent delivery of everything was quick and efficient.

We would definitely recommend Bassetts Clady and Conrad too.
