A fantastic showroom with plenty of choice Darren at Bassettes bathrooms was a great help. He allowed us the time to look around the showroom under no pressure to buy. He answered questions on the sizes we needed and the cost of individual items nothing was to much trouble. The prices were a lot lower than in other bathroom showrooms we had visited and I feel the quality of the products superior.Darren gave us time time to choose what we wanted I felt I could relax and take my time no pushy sales patter. He was knowledgeable and attentive when asked for product information and prices which made choosing so straight forward. He gave us all the information we needed to make an informed choice. we would definitely recommend bassets bathrooms

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Tracey Hendron in Portadown from start to finish - she kept us right with everything from measurements, styles and product selection (even changing room designs and colours at the last minute!) Tracey was always available to reassure all of our concerns with no stress at all.

Recently ordered a number of column radiators and valves from the Whitewell Road branch and must say i can’t believe how good the experience was.

I dealt with David start to finish and he was very patient with me and extremely helpful to make sure i was 100% content that i was ordering the right things for my needs.

Honestly can’t thank him enough and over the moon with the price, quality and speed of delivery of everything.

I was dealing with Darren. He was very patient and polite and answered all our questions. He took his time to advise us on different styles to suit our family and budget.

The staff in Boucher Road could not have been more helpful. When updating a bathroom in an older house there will always be problems and Darren dealt with them promptly and efficiently. He has extensive knowledge, which is a bonus as it is so useful when your salesman understands the plumbing side as well as advising on design and furniture.

We had quite a demanding order with Bassetts in Clady for new bathrooms suites and column radiators, but the team were friendly and helpful at every turn.

Conrard in the Clady showroom was a great help when we where picking for our bathrooms and gave us some good advise when trying to decide. Lots of lovely items to choose from in Clady!

Klaire made the experience very smooth for us & guided us toward the most suitable choices for our needs. The bathroom has recently been fitted & really looks fantastic. Great service from Geraldine in the Dungannon branch, so helpful

Excellent service recently (Oct 21) from Tracey at Portadown branch. Her product knowledge, skill and patience were really helpful when we were selecting fittings and tiles for a bathroom and en suite. Due to house moves this was a return visit, the last in 2017, and the main draw was to avail of Tracey's experience and assistance which had been much appreciated first time around.

Nicola from the Enniskillen store was very patient, informative and knowledgeable. She provided lots of ideas and options and we loved the end result.
