Klaire in Lisburn branch has a wealth of knowledge, and she provided us with helpful advice on the refurbishment of our bathroom and en-suites. She is so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. All the products we ordered were top quality and delivered on time.

We visited the Clady showroom, Conrad was very helpful in each step of the process, nothing was a problem and he was patient with us along the way. We had several visits to the showroom before completing the order.

We visited Boucher Road Showrooms and had our enquiries dealth with by Zak who was very helpful and professional taking care and time to identify precisely what we needed. Well done Zak

Great help and assistance from Gareth the salesman. His knowledge and help was second to none.

Have used Bassetts several times and so impressed every time. Very helpful with designing and purchasing for our bathroom makeover and when one item proved faulty down the line, a replacement was provided very quickly with no fuss. Really excellent service.

I can't thank Geraldine in Dungannon enough for her kind help and assistance towards helping myself with my mum's 17 year old bathroom project. We had no idea where to start or what we needed and she took care of it all. We didn't have a big budget and Geraldine was so accommodating at getting us the right products to suit our needs. She even phoned our tiler and plumber Chris and was able to talk to him about the flooring. I don't know how anyone could top her professionalism and dedication. Thank you Geraldine, you have really helped us.

Geraldine helped us create our bathroom and cloakroom for our new build. I couldn’t recommend Geraldine in Bassetts enough. She was 100% dedicated to finding the perfect products for our space down to every fine detail. Nothing was too much trouble. She kept in close contact via email and phone and was always at hand when we needed her. Geraldine was very knowledgeable about all of the products on offer and provide practical advice and tips from her years of experience. Excellent customer service from Gareth at Bassett’s Downpatrick when picking our bathroom! It wasn’t the easiest design and lots of back and forth but we got there in the end only because of his patience and good eye for what would match our style, would definitely recommend to anyone looking to redesign their bathroom and keep in budget 👏

I visited the Dungannon showroom as I was refurbishing an en-suite. Eamonn and Geraldine were fantastic from start to finish. Nothing was too much bother- I would highly recommend them.

We ordered our bathroom suite from Bassetts and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The whole process was very easy from start to finish and Sarah-Louise was always on hand to offer advice on anything from tiles to taps!!! Within two weeks we had ordered and received our bathroom. I will definitely use Bassetts again.

I was met by Gareth who quickly realised I needed coffee, then we set about the business of getting my refurbishment sorted. I made an appointment and spoke to Andrea in the Lisburn showroom in relation to my bathroom refurbishment. Andrea was fantastic in helping me pick everything for my bathroom and also thought of things I hadn't even considered myself to ensure everything matched. Andrea took the time to go over everything with me and confirm I was happy with my choices. I will definitely be recommending to my family and friends and I can't wait until my bathroom is finished.

Klaire was fantastic from start to finish, I came with a few ideas and she helped bring everything together quickly and easily and offered a great price and friendly service along the way. We had a few amendments which again was no problem and I felt went above an beyond to ensure everything has went smoothly so far.
