Excellent service
Excellent service! I bought a Nexxsaw, great piece of kit for pruning. Delivered within a couple of days, no problems. Unfortunately it seems to have had a defect. Contacted after sales with the description of the defect, pictures and a video and they sent me a replacement saw within a couple of days. Amazing little saw, and with the pole extension no climbing on ladders to tend the trees.

Misleading description of deliverables
Your description of the deliverables was incorrect .Only 3 out of 4 brushes promised was delivered . You recognised the mistake in your ad , but didn't keep the promise.

the first one is the actual maxxbrush equipment and not a brush. the maxxbrush only has a total of 3 brushes, in this case you have received all the brushes which are 3 and the maxxbrush equipment.
