Maxxpack 18V Nexxsaw - Compact cordless chainsaw

This small but powerful item exceeded my expectations! I needed to cut back an old hedge on the perimeter of my garden and a public footpath, consisting of a variety of (now) small trees. I have a problem with my shoulder, so needed a lightweight, battery powered chainsaw and this scored well in reviews. It is light, easy to use and cut through thick branches with ease and my hedge it now at a manageable height. I was also delighted at how long lasting the charge on the battery is.

2.5 months I still haven't received

Definitely a good tools. It's just a pity that in almost 2.5 months I still haven't received it from BATAVIA GmbH, as well as the money I paid for it. And the staff of BATAVIA GmbH does not even respond to my requests anymore. I advise other buyers to be careful, despite this, the previous cooperation experience with BATAVIA GmbH was very positive.

Battery Quality VERY BAD !!!

In April of 2021 we bought a Nexsaww and a trimmer with extra 5A battery. in march 2022 the battery one of the batteries was leaking from the seams of the battery. we sent it to Batavia because is was still in warrenty.
But they declined the warrenty, said the battery got wet, and that's why this happend.
We take good care of our electrical tools, have a special cabinet for batteries an loaders were they stay all year, in room temperature, and we have not used the tools near or in water so they did not get wet. Now after the winter we wanted to use the tools again, and the other battery is nog loading anymore (red lights keep blinking, and does not go green)
So we are not amused. The tools are great, But the batteries SUCK, bad quality, poor warrenty (only one year, and even in that year it's questionable if you will get the warrenty)
I think we will switch to another brand, this is getting very expensive if you have to buy new batteries every 1-2 years. A shame, I do love my little saw, but without a battery, it is of no use.

The customer support about the item…

The customer support about the item that I have bought from Batavia was excellent. They have offered me the way to get back free of charge the Nexxsaw to analyse the problem. Then they have offered me the replacement of the Nexxsaw. I am very satisfied about the service and the product

Everything went smoothly

Everything went smoothly, order, payment, receiving..the only thing I was not so fund off was transport cost for Slovenia. 15 eur seems a lot..many suppliers send items for free for example if the purchase is more than 50,00 eur or so..maybe you should consider about it..

Poor service and no information…

Poor service and no information regarding the Blucave system shelf. Also no repsonse on request for information by email.

Products self are great but so far i cannot find the spare parts :(

Croc loc bench damage

Well my Croc loc bench arrived promptly from the time I had ordered it. Unfortunately when I opened the box a small washer fell out and when I took it out the bench I noticed that one of Slider switches was cracked and the spring that gives tension had popped out of position. It looks to me like that the Box was dropped by the carrier. I rang Batavia and sent an Email about the damage and then I rang them. I am waiting on a new Slider switch to come that was Tuesday and today is Sunday.
But really after paying € 348 for the bench plus carriage and accessories.
I should not have to repair a new product. Otherwise its the hassle of sending it back.
