My I'd is 28403808. I made a ₹5,150 deposit via PhonePe to Batery at 02:52 AM IST on 28/09/2025 but it’s been over 12 hours, and the amount hasn’t credited to my wallet. The money was debited from my Bank account to Shree Balaji Enterprises (their processor). I’ve contacted support via email live chat with proof, but no reply or resolution yet. I have raised request too there is no use of it, so I sent mail with my bank statement and UPI payment proof but again they are saying to raise request. I have played in many sites like stake, dafabet, bc games and in bet365 they resolved issues with in 3 hours. But this is bad experience for me. It's almost 3rd which I was editing my review. Here one thing I have to share for every gambling site there is a support team mail to resolve the issue. For batery there is support site is there they simple sent to contact administration. Daily Withdrawal Limit of ₹500 is Unfair and Unprofessional
After my withdrawal was unblocked on BateryBet, I was shocked to see that they restricted me to a daily withdrawal limit of only ₹500. My account balance is around ₹43,000, which means it would take me about 90 days to get my own money. This is completely unreasonable and unprofessional.
I have fully verified my account, followed all terms, and wagered as required. There is absolutely no valid justification for limiting withdrawals in this way. Customers should have fair and timely access to their funds, not be forced into unnecessary delays.
I urgently request BateryBet to remove or significantly increase this limit. Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend this platform to anyone who values trust and fairness.
