68812432 is my customer id ,first of all these people n casino have big problem in depositing money my 5 deposits are missing ,from 16 th august - first missing deposit -500 inr which utr number is -387995329777 , 2nd missing deposit to sharma traders n amount is 655 inr n utr number -689730703964 on 26 th august ,3rd deposit 26 th august to gokul kanan s amount-445 inr utr num -523935086998 ,I kept sending them screenshots bank statements etc , not a single satisfactory reply from any one ,onr person says wait for 72 hours ,other person after 84 hours say another 3 buisness days n its almost a month n none of the rascles are free to deposit my money ,yes inbetween many other deposits were successful I agree ,again 4 days back amount of 2500 inr to jagateesh I paid on 9th september n utr num -389109629090 , again this is missing ,this casino has weirdest support n request infect hopeless ,they kero answering u one answer , n other answer is 3 buisness days to check n days n days passes n our hard earn money they dont deposit n fool you or may b no 1 is educated at this casino ,I provided all these amounts screenshots with all details bank statement I gave still one answer onlynthey have patience n wait for follow up so not keep sending request again n again , really they havw no knowledge whwre money going how to track ?/does it take month to track ur money ???? My ID no. in batery app is 52177071. I have made withdrawal request of 5000 INR on 05th September, 2025 on batery betting app but it has not been processed from their side till date.No one from their end is answering my query.

I opened an account on Batery.in (Account ID: 46026318) and deposited money to play. However, my account was suddenly restricted — I could not place bets or withdraw my funds.

When I contacted their support, they kept demanding endless documents (ID, selfies, utility bills, UPI screenshots, etc.), which I provided multiple times. Despite this, they continue to stall and refuse to process my withdrawal.

Each time, they promise “verification in 48 or 72 hours,” but then delay again with excuses. It is now clear this platform is intentionally blocking withdrawals and misleading users.

⚠️ This appears to be a fraudulent betting site. They collect deposits but make it nearly impossible for customers to access their own money.
👉 I strongly advise others not to deposit or play on Batery.in / Batery-bets.in. Protect your money and avoid this site.

I am writing this review after using battery bet for around a year. Well it has it's positives , very fast withdrawal compared to other platforms.
Everything is fine until I won some big amount in cricket betting. Now they have blocked my account. I am unable to utilise the amount in account. I cannot withdraw, I cannot place bets. Customer service is pathetic, you just raise a request and wait for days to get reply from them.
