I deposited 10000 from account vide UTR No.686125553263 to the provider Vimal1697@sbi on 06.06.2025 at 11:08 pm but after long wait they are saying that amount has not been credited to provider account and now they are closing my request even without checking. I immediately noticed that the deposited amount did not reflect in my account and submitted a support request on the same day (6th June). Since then, I have been following up consistently.

The only response I have received from your support team is that “to solve the problem with the payment in the amount of ₹7000, we sent a letter to the provider. Provider usually answers within 3 working days.” However, as of today, 15th June 2025, it has been 9 days since that message and there has been no resolution, update, or refund provided.

This delay in addressing a financial transaction is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I request that you kindly take immediate action to:

Credit the ₹7000 to my Batery account, or
Refund the full amount to my original payment method, and
Provide a clear and timely update on the status of this issue.
If this matter is not resolved within the next 48 hours, I will be compelled to escalate it to relevant financial authorities and consumer grievance forums for further action.

FRAUDULENT BETTING APP DON'T USE IT SERIOUSLY

The payment made by batery on 01-05-2025 for INR 30k is from a fraud account due to this my bank account number got blocked and FIR also has been raised against me in this regarding. I have been sending messages continuously but there is not proper response from batery admin. I dont know where to complaint further for this. If the admin review this please sort out this issue and clear by bank account problem please.
