This website is a complete scam. First, I was asked to verify my account, which I did successfully. Then, after I deposited funds, they restricted my account and asked me to verify it again. When I tried to submit the required documents, I discovered that they only allow a maximum of three messages at a time.
They are now asking for a selfie with my ID, a recent chat screenshot, and my ID card, but I can only send three items due to their limit. This is clearly a trap. Id number - 65248210

It is mediocre, yet it can get much better. Periods with highest usage appear to be causing the site to slow a bit. The withdrawals are sure, but maybe the client support should act a little quicker.

It is completely fraud app. I deposited 10k on 26.05.2025 and it still didn't received in game account even after 5 days. They told me to write request but they won't response even after 5 days. Chat operators are useless they wont help us.They are completely scammer in name of casino sites .please don't play on this site.

This is one of the worst sites when it comes to monitoring the transactions and customer support.. you have no way to check what happened to your deposit.. You need to raise a requests which gets answers by the bot and first it says wait for 3 hours and then wait time changes to 3 days. They blindly close the queries if asked to admin and do not even care to read what the question is all about.. It’s been more than 24 hours my deposit is still not processed and I have no clue as to what is happening.. I am at highest level of VIP member at most of the prominent betting sites available in India and can say with confidence that battery-bet has the worst customer support.. If someone feels I am boasting about my player status, I’ll be more than happy to share my profile at most of the betting sites in India..

Pathetic experience the platform appears to be fake as they are not giving back the winnings. It's been more than 2 days and they are just giving random answers. No dedicated customer support. 64823332 customer ID. I had put a withdraw request on 6th April 25. Since then everyday I am following up there was no reply. All I got in reply was we are looking into it. Today on 10th four days after placing withdrawal request, the same is cancelled and money is in my gaming wallet rather than my account. Again I will put a request for withdrawal and again these guys will keep replying non sense. It’s a never ending circle. They are just cheating that’s all.
