Took some odd bits of gold earings. bracelet crosses etc

Excellent! I’d done some research before visiting. I discovered a significant variation in what different places offer for e.g. scrap silver. I found Bath City Pawnbrokers offered the best rate of all I contacted. I found them to be honest, clear and… cheerful. We did a deal in no time at all. We would certainly use them again.

Great shop and was easy to sell some silver billion and you have the option of cash or direct bank transfer. The chap who runs it is a lovely chap

This was our first time here but David was so helpful and informative we will definitely be back. Selling some of our old bits of jewelry proved to be an enjoyable and lucrative experience; previously we sold via auction houses but after commission etc only received around half what we were paid today, and the added incentive was the money was transferred immediately to our bank accounts. Cannot recommend highly enough and will return as soon as we find other items during our declutter prior to retirement.

David’s knowledge was impeccable. He was so kind and gave us lots of knowledge and hints and tips on items we were interested in purchasing.

We will definitely be back to purchase some more items.

I went to Bath City Pawnbrokers to discuss selling some silver. James was approachable, efficient and helpful. I had to go backwards and forwards in discussions with a family member several times which was a hassle but James waited and we arrived at a fair price.
I would recommend this business.

Just wanted to let others know of my shopping experience with Bath City Pawnbrokers. Bought a watch from them on their eBay trading site. The watch arrived extremely quickly, was very well packaged and conformed to the description. Unfortunately the watch had a problem that would not have been immediately obvious to the seller. I contacted the seller about a month after the watch had been delivered and was not really expecting them to help me sort the problem with the watch. However, was I surprised! I received a response to my email (sent late in the evening) within hours. Following a telephone conversation with the seller he immediately rectified the situation to my satisfaction. He was extremely pleasant to deal with and had great empathy for the query with my purchase. I will happily use their eBay site and their direct website to buy from them again. In short, SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE that is not often experienced these days. Thank you.
