Fantastic service today. I took some unwanted gold and silver jewelry I wanted to sell today to BCP. I had a friendly welcome plus professional service throughput the transaction. I had been looking for a heavyweight curb chain and wished to part exchange my old one ,after being disappointed by the trade in deals elsewhere I contacted BCP ,They had a chain the size and weight I wanted and emailed me a photo of it to save a wasted journey,an hour later I arrived and true to word he offered the value he discussed over the phone for my one ,gave a good reduction on the 50g+ one I wanted ,in all beating any other offers I had for a similar deal hands down ,he cleaned the chain and tested it Infront of me reassuring me the purchase was exactly as described , would definitely recommend not waisting time elsewhere to trade .Mark .C

My wife wanted to sell a gold bracelet which was 18ct but had unfamiliar French hallmarks. We were offered a very good price subject to a double check that the item was 18ct. The gold quality was confirmed and the agreed price paid direct to my bank account. We were very pleased with the price offered and Bath City Pawnbrokers were professional and helpful thoughout.
