If I could give minus ten stars I would - Dreadful customer service dreadful attitude when cabinet arrived very bashed dented and clearly faulted - They had the nerve to offer me £5.00 discount to keep the dented cabinet, the nerve of these people I declined and requested a new cabinet they had the cheek to then offer me £10.00 discount. This went on until I contacted B & Q who sell these goods on behalf of this company who then agreed to send me a new parcel - The courier company they use have are also a disgrace they have messed me around time after time not delivering the replacement parcel when arranged and ringing up while I was at work demanding I go home to accept delivery this is NOT acceptable behaviour the delivery man is very rude he has not delivered parcel as promised today that is one more day loss earning - so thats one day off work with no pay and he refuses to tell me when he will deliver my long overdue parcel I paid £150.00 for Beware of this happening to you - B & Q should cease trading with them they are an absolute shambles and a total disgrace

They fob you off with delivery dates and no I’ve requested a refund they are trying to fob me off with that too. They have my money and I have no goods!

Shocking service by Bathrooms4less
Shocking service by Bathrooms4less and they courier company (E-Logostix).
Ordered new basin and toilet furniture last week - was advised delivery today by 11AM - 22/01/26.
I have spent all day chasing both companies and still no delivery at 4.40pm
I now have no toilet facilities with a young family for the next 24hrs and now delivery will now be Friday 23/01/26.
Both companies now not answering my telephone calls - shocking behavior!!
I've now lost 2 days work and double plumber costs for today and tomorrow.
I would NOT recommend Bathrooms4less to anyone looking to purchase any goods from this company.

Good delivery And good communication with company. Did not realise it was a flat pack.i thought chipboard was out of use now days mdf would have been better instructions was rubbish.at least they numbered the boards.have not put it together yet but try at weekend

Multiple breaches of Consumer Rights Act
They change delivery times constantly and show up at your door WITHOUT the parcel. Then leave the package outside your house at 23.30pm in the rain whilst forging a signature to say you signed for it. They send the wrong colour out and it has been over 30 days, they have the parcel back and I have still not been refunded. They offered me £10 to keep the wrong item colour (I ordered white and they sent black) the black item is actually £20 cheaper than the white one and £10 works out at 4% discount of the item price.
I am in the process of a credit card chargeback claim. Unreasonable company and google search shows they do the same to everyone. They are in multiple breaches of the customer rights act and still don't seem to care.
Once they have your money they do not care. They use a courier called E-Logistix and they are TERRIBLE.
I ordered via B&Q not realising it was supplied by Bathroom Bubbles/Bathroom 4 You otherwise I wouldn't have bothered.

misold me a £200 unit without a tap and wont listen to reason, offered me £10 for the tap that should of come with the unit.
Tried bribing me and has argued the feedback I left on the Amazon site.
Not only are they dishonest they wont give a toss once they have your money.
